1. What was your first job? Door to door newspaper subscription cash (yes that long ago) collection.
2. What did you want to be when you grew up? Entrepreneur.
3. Tell us the thing you love the most about working in real estate? Unique properties (coastal and mountain) architectural with breathtaking landscapes and the buyers and sellers that love these features.
4. Give us some advice to pass on to someone thinking about joining the industry? Start with things you are passionate about to inspire your brand and style.
5. What would you consider to be your greatest achievement? Through it all constantly discovering who I am as an individual and improving.
6. What do you hope you’ve achieved in five year’s time? For real estate I want to sell down an iconic award winning building and be able to drive past it with pride.
7. What separates you from other agents? My international background in business analysis, reengineering and consulting lends itself well to the relationship building, commercial acumen and style required for selling unique homes and properties.
8. What do you wish you’d known before you started out in your career? I can be unapologetically me and bring my commercial business and life experiences to be part of my style in combination with working in a strong multiskilled team to make the boat faster.
9. Share with us your property must-have? For me; entertainers kitchen, three car garage, private landscaping
10. Million dollar question - how’s the market at the moment? With our team having a mix of “unique” city, mountain and coastal properties with limited supply means there is always demand. We seem to have settled and our owners and buyers are moving forward with their plans that have been on hold.
