Tropical Hands-On Fun

DIY Rainforest Terrarium

Bring the rainforest into your home with this fun and interactive gardening project, perfect for your budding botanist. Create your own ecosystem and watch it thrive!

What you need:

• Large jar or bottle

• Pebbles/rocks

• Moss

• Potting soil

• 1-3 small tropical plants

• Your favorite rainforest animal figures

Follow these easy steps:

1. Add an inch of pebbles/rocks and moss on the bottom layer of the planter.

2. Add a small amount of potting soil.

3. Plant your small tropical plants.

4. Add a bed of fresh moss to the top of the soil.

5. Decorate your tropical forest with a few animal figures.

6. Place your rainforest terrarium in indirect sunlight and enjoy all year long!
