Treasurer Report • Reserve Fund a $40,000 up from last year • All American Money outstanding $8,920 2. Open Issues • All American Went well all Judges on time 144 open entries, 115 jr. entries. • Magazine, Nomination Issue to be mailed by the 14th • All members in excel spreadsheet can renew. After 2 years of non-renewal, archive them. • Next Bloodlines to go out in Feb. will include membership renewal forms, new this year-can also renew online with Paypal. Call for new board members. • New board member suggestions: Graisson Schmidt, Matt Timmers, J.R. Kaverman, Nick Randal, to be contacted by board members. • Show committee change to Alt leads person owner must show animal at one nationally approved show each season before Fall Show Alternate approval. • Ohio Summer Show not enough numbers to hold National Show Status ask Louisville if interested in being a national show. • Royal Winter Fair placings in All American not approved by the committee. • Sale update March 28th, 2020 at Crescentemad- heated facility have will catalog 75. Sexing Technologies will provide sale day breakfast. • Scholarship raffle needs to be run by the Scholarship committee. Pam to send a letter to Dana Gary and Jake. 3. ELECTION OF RWDCA DIRECTORS
SEEKING THREE NATIONAL DIRECTORS OF THE RWDCA! 3-Year Terms • Expiring in 2023 Directors will be elected using the following method and schedule:
1. NOMINEE RECOMMENDATIONS are open to all members until February 15, 2020. The nominee must be a member of the RWDCA. Any member may place a name before the Nominating Committee by submitting the name to any Board Member or the RWDCA office. 2. NOMINATING COMMITTEE will then consider all recommendations and provide a final slate of not less than five or more than 10 Official Nominees to the office by March 20, 2020. Nominees will be promptly notified and must submit a resume to the office by April 1, 2020 3. RESUMES PUBLISHED AND OFFICIAL BALLOTS will be sent to all paid members by First Class Mail. The vote may be cast for 1, 2 or 3 Nominees to serve three-year terms. 4. TABULATED AND ANNOUNCED Ballots will be tabulated, and results delivered to the Nominating Committee. The results of the vote will be announced In the Summer Issue of the Bloodlines. If you have any questions, please contact the RWDCA Office or one of the Board of Directors.
