Marc Lum, Darryl Wickham and Ryan Zhu’s return to Ray White represents more than a business decision, it's a homecoming. Darryl, who first joined Ray White in 2007, some 19 years ago, and Marc, who began his Ray White journey in 2012, never truly left the Ray White family in spirit.

His connection to the Ray White family runs deep, recalling a pivotal moment early in his career: "I was brand new at an Elite conference and didn't know anyone, but I ran into Dan White. Both Dan and Brian White have maintained contact with Marc and Darryl over the years, demonstrating the enduring relationships that define the Ray White culture.
Darryl Wickham said that for him, "It's not about the journey or the destination, it's about the company you keep along the way."

Ryan Zhu, who joined Ray White’s previous business in Glen Waverley in January 2018 working alongside Elite performer Marc Lum, brings valuable multilingual capabilities to the team. Fluent in Mandarin and able to understand Cantonese, Ryan expands the office's ability to serve diverse client needs.
