We use software to digitally render the project in 3D, or in construction terminology, Building Information Modeling (BIM). We are fully BIM capable with staff to model your projects.
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
GENERAL CONTRACTING We provide traditional general contractor services through the design-bid-build project delivery method. We are extremely capable and competitive in the bidding process due to our vast hard bid experience.
AUGUSTA TEE CENTER
DESIGN-BUILD Design-Build delivery method allows for the contractor and architect to team at the onset of the project. This early collaboration means the owner will experience fewer project change orders, reduced waste, reduced project errors and omissions, assured coordination among project documents, and accurate scheduling. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT Construction Management delivery method allows RW Allen to serve the Owner from design through preconstruction, construction, completion, and turnover, setting a guaranteed maximum price which is negotiated before construction. Construction Management focuses on value analysis, scheduling, BIM and multiple estimating exercises before construction even begins.
