PREVIO A LA LLEGADA
Enviar un email a reservaciones@lomashospitality.com con un mínimo de 72 horas previo a su llegada al destino. El email deberá contener número de reservación del hotel, nombre de los huéspedes, número de personas, número de vuelo, origen del vuelo, horario de llegada y salida.
A LA LLEGADA AL AEROPUERTO
Ubique Lomas Travel después de pasar por aduanas. Los representantes de Lomas Travel llevarán camisas polo de color turquesa y pantalones blancos.
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Send an email to booking@lomashospitality.comat least 72 hours prior to your arrival at the destination. The email should contain the hotel reservation number, names of the guests, number of persons, flight number, flight origin, arrival and departure times.
UPON ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT
Locate Lomas Travel after going through customs. The Lomas Travel representatives will be wearing turquoise polo shirts and white pants.
