Hello Fellow Campers, My name is Mark Polk and I am a coowner of RV Education 101. We are a North Carolina based company that produces and distributes RV educational videos, DVDs, books and E-books on how to properly use and maintain RVs. I have been around RVs my entire life. After retiring from the Army as a Maintenance Chief Warrant Officer I sold RVs and worked as a Sales & F&I manager. During that time I recognized the need for RV training videos. We would sell an RV and give the new owner a walk-through (or orientation) of the unit, but between the excitement and the vast amount of information given in a short period of time they would only retain maybe 20% of it. Our DVDs give the customer something to refer back to, and they can watch it as many times as they want or need.
