The planned business hotel is located next to the Ala-Archa shopping and entertainment center and the Yntymak park, on Chyngyz Aitmatov Avenue and closer to the main road, which is located in the southern part of Bishkek

The hotel has 9 elevated floors; on the first floor there is a lobby with some commercial premises for business. On the 2nd floor located conference room, outdoor lounge, meeting room and other premises. The 3rd floor is equipped with sports and fitness sections (SPA,tennis hall, fitness room, billiards room and aerobics and yoga room). On the 4th floor there is a hotel restaurant with a large outdoor terrace. Hotel rooms are located from the 5th to the 9th floors and in the underground part building, -1st floor, designed for parking cars vacationers.

The project was done when I was studying on 3rd year of my university study. The shape of the building was made without sharp corners with oval shapes and equipped with all the amenities for kindergarten children. This course project was completed by me and my groupmatemate. MUSIC BOARDING SCHOOL
-about project-
- The construction area is the city of Bishkek. - Location: st. Baitik Baatyr, 4v Since my topic is “Music Boarding School” I wanted the form of the main school to be connected with music. I took the musical symbol of the treble clef as the basis for the shape of the building. As a result, the treble clef symbol was transformed into an Architectural Structure.

If we talk about the layout of my project, if we talk about the internal plan, then I considered the building in three blocks. Its first block was marked in red and contains music classes. CLASSES LIBRARY GYM CANTEEN ATRIUM, WINTER GARDEN W/C

And the second part was marked in yellow, it houses the administrative and educational office and classrooms. The third block will be sports and recreation, it is marked in green. These three blocks have their own height, Block 1 - 3 floors, Block 2 - 4 floors, Block 3 - 1 floor. Let’s look at the plan of the first block. This block consists of 3 floors and is dedicated to full-fledged music lessons. The uniqueness of the first block is that it houses a winter garden, the winter garden is fenced with panoramic windows. You can see a piece of nature located in the middle of the first block, like the only island in the middle of the ocean.

And if you pay attention to the second block, then at the entrance from the side of the main entrance we will notice a staircase of a unique shape in a modern style and this area houses the director’s office, technical office, teachers’ offices and classes. There is a kitchen and a dining room for students and teachers. I used the third floor of the same second block as a green terrace.

The most important part of the second block is the multifunctional zone (amphitheater, concert hall, conference hall, recreation area, etc.). The third part of my project is dedicated to sports and health. As soon as you enter, on the right side are the offices of the doctor, psychologist and trainer. The conceptual pavilion called “Two Whales” was designed for discord between the students of our university. Here you can see two mirrored buildings that look like two whales emerging from the ocean.

VISUALIZATIO N The building was raised with SketchUp and 3dsmax. has the style of minimalism and loft style without unnecessary facade elements. Shop Store measures 7 by 21 and is 3 stories high.
