Join us for an evening of Pilates with Karri Rishel followed by a sampling of Prosecco wines. Must be 21 or older to participate.

Reduction – Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that improves sleep quality, reduces stress, and encourages a deep state of relaxation. Join Neeta Mohanty as we learn techniques to help you calm your mind and melt away tension.

Moms on the Move

This class is designed for the mom who wants to be more active, build strength, improve cardio and core stability in a fun and socially engaging environment. Child care is available for children ages 6 weeks to 11 years. Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum.

Adult Bootcamp, Barbeque and Bring a Friend party

It is our end of summer workout bash. Bring a friend and join us for a fantastic bootcamp workout led by Jen Evans. Stay after the workout to eat, socialize and play lawn games while enjoying food and fun! Must be 18 years and older.

Time: 12 to 2:15 p.m (Bootcamp 12 to 1 p.m.)

Location: Courts A & B or outdoors weather permitting

Fee: $15 members

$22 nonmembers (feel free to bring a dessert to share) escape, followed by practicing escapes from grabs and striking targets.

Instructor Dave Carr has more than 40 years of experience instructing self-defense and a wide variety of martial arts. He is an 8th degree black belt in Seisanryu Karate.

This one-day workshop is designed for women and teens to teach common sense approaches to personal safety. Self-defense means both the physical act of defending yourself from attack and the precautions you can take to prevent trouble before it gets physical.
