Fall is approaching and the days are getting shorter — but not at the Healthplex! Thanks to your response to our membership survey, Healthplex hours for the Fall/Winter season have been extended until 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 8 p.m. on Friday.

With that extra time, you can work out on new treadmills, ellipticals, glute drive machines, airdyne bikes and other new fitness equipment, all added because we hear you. Or try a new class, like meditation, arthritis aquatics, or country line dance. If you’re a pickleball fan, play on our new permanent indoor courts.

Fall favorites are back, too, including the annual wine tasting event in September and the pre-pigout workout on Thanksgiving Day. Explore all the Healthplex offers and discover the excellence in you!
