My internship at Malik Architecture was a transformative experience. The firm’s spirit and ecology ethos fostered a supportive, egalitarian environment where every team member felt like family. Diving into GFC drawings, model creation, and interior design tasks, I embraced the responsibility and honed my skills. The team’s meticulous approach and passion for project control reshaped my perspective on architecture. Mumbai, my dynamic teacher, taught the importance of efficiency in its fast-paced rhythm. Exploring the city’s architectural heritage, dating back to the 1800s, added historical depth to my understanding of the field. In gratitude, I leave Malik Architecture with a profound appreciation for the transformative power of architecture and lasting connections. Modern building facades seamlessly merge materials like sleek glass and innovative metals to create visually captivating designs. Architects leverage advanced technology, studying mass and form to craft structures that go beyond traditional boundaries. The result is a synthesis of aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability, defining the success of contemporary buildings.

As a student in architecture, sketching is my go-to tool for unleashing creativity and refining design ideas. Through hand-drawn sketches, I explore concepts, experiment with forms, and communicate my vision. Sketching is not just about lines on paper; it’s a dynamic process that bridges imagination and the tangible, helping me evolve as a budding architect.

OUTCOME OF EXERCISE :

Through planning commercial spaces, I’ve gained insights into ethical design, optimal space arrangement, and various Interior concepts. I’ve learned about seating types, axial visual approaches and the importance of breaks in circulation. This experience has deepened my understanding of interior design principles and their application in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

ARCHITECTURE & INTERIOR PROJECT BKC , M UMBAI

During my time as an architecture student, I had the privilege of working on the BCG project. My primary role involved creating the ‘GFC’ for interior elements, working closely with architects Mr. Jignesh and Mr.Yash. This hands-on experience taught me the intricacies of interior design, emphasizing attention to detail and collaboration. The project not only enhanced my technical skills but also exposed me to real-world project dynamics, client interactions, and effective teamwork. Overall, it was a transformative experience that significantly contributed to my growth as an aspiring architect.

CONCEPTUALS WORKING DRAWINGS SITE VISIT

Interior design transforms spaces, shaping ambiance through Palette selection. Conversations with architects and vendors revealed Practical Design aspects. Experimenting with visuals for specific areas bridged creative concepts to on-site construction. This immersive experience highlighted the impact of Color and Texture choices on aesthetics and functionality, providing insights into the real-world dynamics of construction.

ARCHITECTURE PROJECT N AV I M U M B A I The Mankind Pharmaceutical Office Building project involves the design and development of a multi-functional structure comprising six lower floors dedicated to office workspaces and research labs. The upper floors are designated for rental purposes. The project aims to seamlessly integrate functionality with a consistent and professional aesthetic, aligning with the established standards and identity of Mankind Pharmaceutical. MY ROLE AND OUTCOME : In this project, I took a hands-on role in producing critical components such as GFC drawings and site development plans. This experience immersed me in the practicalities of municipal procedures, including area calculations. It also deepened my understanding of the hierarchical progression of drawing stages and the importance of a well-structured drawing set for clear and effective project execution. I’ve strengthened my software skills through modeling tasks, enhancing efficiency in design. Additionally, I focused on the structural layout, extensively crosschecking elements like trusses, columns , beams and cantilevers elements.At some point i have made the prposed Interior Design plans which improves my Interior design principle. This hands-on experience has deepened my understanding of structural principles, bridging the gap between design aesthetics and practical application. Moving forward.
