Editor’s Note Greetings, As editor, I am honored to present to you Rural Leader Magazine's Scholars of Collegiate Distinction (SCD) second annual edition. Rural Leader Magazine is pleased to recognize exemplary individuals who attained higher education. The SCD Honorees represent the rich talent, skill, and vast knowledge that can be found in small town America. My mission is to uplift and to encourage individuals from small communities globally to strive continually for excellence.
