Welcome to the TENTH edition of SAVANNAHGANS® - THE International Savannah Cat Magazine

Happy Summer! Let's see what's on the SAVAGENDA for July-September!

First, for those new to the magazine, let me introduce myself FIVE Savannahs own my husband and me--four of whom are five years old, and a brand new baby of 16 weeks just joined our jungle (thank you, Lynda Ryskamp, of Salem's Pride, for such a lovely boy!) I started this magazine for a few reasons--my love for Savannah being number one The other is that there's much to learn when selecting the best kitten from the right breeder. Not only did I choose the wrong breeder the first time, resulting in no kitten, but our next kitten, Luna, beat a fatal disease (FIP) and became the first survivor of a successful drug trial. What started as a hobby blog morphed into a digital magazine and website. Then came our Facebook group, where I found some of my content.

SAVANNAHGANS® is a whimsical, electronic, FREE publication that publishes informative and entertaining content from Savannah enthusiasts and experts. We combine factual, heartwarming stories with health and safety education. The list of knowledgeable contributors sharing stories and experiences with our readers is steadily growing, so there's no lack of great content to publish! Current and future owners can easily search our website for great information about our wonderful breed

During our second year, SAVANNAHGANS® earned the support of our first corporate sponsor, Dr Elsey (Please click on Dr Elsey's banner at the top of our website to take the litter quiz, print coupons, or read up on their blog!) Sponsors, ads, articles, media contributors, and the new breeder directory are the backbone of our continued development! Thank you to everyone who advertises with us and helps keep this e-magazine FREE for readers everywhere!

SAVANNAHGANS® welcomes ALL cat lovers to enjoy our content Whether searching for new cat products, health advice, feeding tips, or an excellent DIY project, you'll find it all in each quarterly issue and at www savannahgans com We share a portion of all donations and affiliate revenue with the Savannah Care and Rescue Funds We also recently launched our "Friends of SAVANNAHGANS®" program, so check that out on page 39 and consider supporting us! Please visit our website's Amazon, Etsy, and other links when shopping for your household needs.

This Quarter's Feature: A Catio and Enclosure Contest!

Alicja Maciejko of Wadowice, Poland: Located on our balcony off our bedroom, this is a wood, metal, and mesh enclosure with strong panels. Wooden slats are nailed on both sides to make it safer. We can open the window on hot days, and the cats can enjoy a safe outdoor space. I'm happy with the result and, of course, the view from the balcony ♡. The second picture is my stud enclosure on the side, a 25m2 (312 sq ft) outdoor space made from strong 5mm metal panels. The enclosure has plenty of lodges, a cat wheel, and toys.

Julie Kafka of British Columbia, Canada: This is the "Kafka Katio." It's made of galvanized steel and built to be bear-proof. It has four stories with ramps, hammocks, a suspension bridge, a wooden tunnel, and a retractable roof. The cats access it through my ensuite bathroom window using a special cat door we made. They love it!

Mike Evans of California, U.S.: We bought this design on Etsy for $6.99. We already had a bunch of 2x10s, so we ripped them down to 2x2s. We changed the design to fit the space we had available and were able to build the entire catio in one weekend. We wrapped the catio with plastic material with holes from Home Depot and then painted the whole structure. We plan to add a bridge to a new area this summer. 8'x5'x6'.

Amanda Braverman-Brohn of Wisconsin, U.S.: We used Tractor Supply Co. chicken coop panels arranged as 8’x12’. Since we built the catio over stairs, it is 10’ tall at its highest point. We used additional 4’x4’ panels from Menards across the top. For safety, we added a stainless steel tube through the top and between some of the panels to make it sturdier and to make the gaps smaller. The cats can access the catio from the door or a window in one of the cat rooms.

Kateryna and Rex Sellers of the Southern U.S.: We spent three days and about 6K to build this outdoor enclosure for our two babies!

Lenny Orlowski of South Carolina, U.S.: The catio has a 2'x6' floor and is 24" off the ground. There is a 10'x12' area in one corner to keep that section dry during rain. The mesh is welded wire from Tractor Supply.

Julie Shupak of California, U.S.:

Indoor sunroom with Ziggydoo wheel, two Kitty Mansions, and toys galore leading out to our backyard with 235 linear feet of added vinyl fence (along with PVC piping). The backyard features a pool, splash pad, swing, grown fruit trees to climb, and firewood in the side yard to hunt lizards!

Lacey Procell of Louisiana, U.S.:

My dad and I dreamt and built this complete with an enclosed box for sleeping. There's a tree house, walkways, kitty herb garden, swing, and beautiful waterfall goldfish pond. We used sunken cypress from the Louisiana bayous for climbing scratching posts.

Francyska Lavoie of Quebec, Canada: We built our first enclosure with treated wood and paint. The area is 220m2 and 12' high (2368 sq ft). For the fence, we used a "frost" fence. We went to the forest and chose the perfect tree for the cat tree. We added footbridges so they can climb and run. To finish, we put a 5'x8' foot pool, rocks, and a waterfall to the delight of our little ones. We added a swing and a game module to climb on and take refuge in when it's too sunny.

This 40x40 Catio, made by my amazing partner Sean, is for one spoiled Savannah! We used treated 4x4 8 ft wood posts and bases, concrete filling, wire fencing for the bridge walks bent into a "U" shape, and boat harbour rope. We added a little pond for his little corner of paradise, which he can access from a window.

Corinne Martinek of Ontario, Canada. This newly built enclosure at our island cottage is 12'x20'x8'. We'll add elevated walkways and a cat tree soon. There's a 6' Octoberfest grass for hiding, adult seating space, and wooden boxes to protect them from the elements. The enclosure has a swing, rope, shallow and deep pools, toys, and ferns. There are hooks for leashes and a slide bolt to lock both sides of the door. We installed a nut bar for the chipmunks, hummingbird feeders, and nests outside.

Peri Hughes of South U.S.: The indoor catio connects to the house, and we added A/C and heat. The cats have an entrance from the bedroom with all-day access. When I'm home, they have access to the outdoor yard. We installed the Purrfect Fence on top of the 8' cedar fence. They love it! All trees and escape routes are blocked!

Samantha Martinez of Louisiana, U.S.: We used all treated lumber with plastic wiring and a corrugated metal roof for this 5'x12'x5' enclosure. The entire enclosure sits on cement blocks to keep it off the ground, with an entrance into the catio for the cats using a cat door purchased on Amazon. There is a full-sized door on one end with locks inside and outside. We bought hammocks from Etsy for the cats to lounge on and added a cat tree.

No space? Small apartment? High-rise? RV? No Problem! Brenda Austin of North Dakota, U.S., makes sure her cats can enjoy the outdoors on her apartment balcony with this simple and easy 36"x22"x51" portable, foldable 3-tier "Cat Cage Playpen" from Amazon for just $100. With locking wheels and a removable bottom tray, this is an easy solution to get your cats the fresh air they crave!

An Interview with Lynda Ryskamp

An Interview with Savannah Cat Breeder Lynda Ryskamp of

Salem's Pride Savannahs

Where's your cattery located?

Salem's Pride Savannahs is an "in-home" cattery on two acres outside Ann Arbor, Michigan, where I've resided since 1978.

Please tell us about your background, family, occupation, and how you started Savannah breeding.

I'm a very private person, and my home and personal life are essential to my well-being. I, therefore, run a "closed cattery." I've mostly been a single mom of three sons and a daughter and am now a widow. I was also a foster mom to around 250 medically fragile/special needs and hospice infants and children for almost 30 years. I've also owned many dogs, cats, goats, horses, bunnies, and chickens.

I was a breeder of AKC Old English Sheepdogs during my time as a foster mom. In 2012, I traded Savannah breeder Rebecca Jensen of A Wildside Cattery, a female Old English Sheepdog "Sadie," for an F3 female Savannah "Deja. "Rebecca introduced me to several cat shows, explaining the unique Savannah traits, and she guided me through the purchase of my first Drinkwater F1, "Diva." I soon added F7 Drinkwater stud, "DaVinci,"--and a Savannah breeder was born!

Page 35

What's your typical daily cattery routine?

My routine starts at 7:00 a.m. with "coffee with the cats" in the cattery, feeding canned food, checking cat litter, sweeping, washing bowls, and playing. I repeat that cycle in the afternoon and evening. Kitten rooms are cleaned daily from top to bottom, with lots of playtimes.

My routine is checking for heat cycles, breedings, pregnancies, worming schedules, vet appointments, and TICA paperwork for the kittens. Taking photos, keeping in contact with previous buyers, current or potential buyers, and answering questions for new people account for the rest of the day.

What are the best and worst parts of breeding?

The excitement of a new litter, how that litter progresses, and the fun of watching them meet their new families make breeding a rewarding experience. Losing kittens or cats is the worst part of breeding.

What advice would you give to new breeders based on your experience?

For new breeders, I'd suggest going to cat shows, even to listen to the judges and see how it works. Networking with other breeders and not just one mentor is also helpful. TYPE is extremely important and not just "Serval Gold with Black Spots," Not every kitten in every litter is breeder quality. Each cat should bring something unique to improve your line.

What do you feed your Savannahs and recommend to your new kitten's families?

I feed my kittens a variety of foods and as much and as often as they want. Dry food is always out; I provide canned food in the morning and raw food in the evenings.

What generations do you breed, and which is Your favorite?

I concentrate on the TICA show standards as I strive to produce healthy, social, Serval-looking Savannahs from the F2 through F6 generations. My favorite generation is the F2. I find them super fun and behave a lot like a Serval.

What else would you like the Savannah world to know about you and your cattery?

My goal has always been to show and Champion, but I'm very nervous at cat shows. I had Aundrea Marchionna of Motown Cats show two of my kittens to Championship status, so I'm hoping she can take a few on to Grand or Supreme Champion status! I hope to breed down from my F1s using my studs to produce at least 3-4 show-quality F4 SBTs to have others show--THREE generations of Salem's Pride to Salem's Pride cats!

At this time, I'm downsizing, spaying and neutering or moving my exceptional queens to good breeding programs with the idea of breeding for SBTs for the show hall. As a side note, Aundrea and I have a Krazy Cat Lady boutique at the cat shows! The boutique is fun and offsets some of the costs of going to the cat shows. Aundrea makes most of the jewelry and cat-themed items; she's a fantastic crafter and breeder friend.

Safe and Luxurious Harnesses and Collars For Your Outdoor Adventures

Roman and his father Igor make safe, comfortable, luxury Savannah cat harnesses and collars tested on his own cats and made from stunning imported Italian leather He even makes Apple watch bands! Roman and his wife Ella own Savannah, Seattle, in Washington state To contact or order, email Roman at info@savannahseattle com

---"I believe the best cats deserve the best gear."

We create collars and harnesses based on your Savannah cat's custom measurements, and our harnesses are comfortable, safe, and good-looking. You don't go to a website and click "S, M, or L," choose a pattern, and check out Instead, we create your harness to be a perfect fit by considering your cat's age, generation, and weight and by looking at photos of your cat to see their body shape and stature This information tells me how to make accurate sizes and cut the pattern to ensure it wears comfortably. We test all the harnesses and collars on our F1, F2, and F6 Savannahs--and they are safe (including our escape artists) Our 15 lb F3 and 15 lb F1 don't wear the same size harnesses because they have different body structures. I love taking my cats on the leash, and my cats love it, especially when my kids take them on walks

Viewing our harnesses, you'll see the beauty and special touches behind them Small details such as matched stitching (customer can choose any color), matched leather, and accurately-cut proportions become pieces of art that will surely turn heads on the street

We make the inner part of the harness from a soft material for extra comfort and easy cleaning from cat fur. The solid brass hardware comes in multiple colors with options such as a Double D ring, spikes, or other small details that make it just how you like it.

So many beautiful patterns are available that you won't know which one to choose (but it is a good headache). Choose beautiful prints like the cheetah, Croco in multiple colors (black, brown, silver), snake, and animal print at $195 for a harness that's individually made just for your cat based on your measurements If you want something fancier, many designer and authentic options are available, and prices go up to $400. If your cat doesn't walk on a leash, you might prefer a nice collar (ten different pendants available) or a collar that holds a GPS tracker.

I make the inner part from soft Italian leather forextra comfort and a perfect fit based on the measurements. I'll recommend the safest widths for your cat (5/8" and up for a kitten, 3/4 to 7/8 for most Savannahs, 1" for an F1, or 1 1/4" for a Serval).

We only need 2-4 days to make each item, so if you order on Monday or Tuesday, we'll ship it by the end of the same week Hundreds of Savannah cats own my products. Just ask in any of the Savannah cat groups on social media for their opinion about my gear as a reference When determining if it's worth the investment, consider the feel, look, safety, and other questions you have We do many other unique projects, so don't hesitate to ask if you have something in mind. An F1 50th Birthday Surprise...and More!

Page 48

Chapter 1 - Fabulous "F1" 50th

For years, Matt dreamed of having an HP (High Percentage) F1 Male Savannah After researching different breeders, he selected Savannah Seattle Matt and Savannah Seattle (Roman and Ella) had conversations, which included advice about his readiness to own an HP F1--because Matt and I (Sarah) had no Savannah Cat experience to speak of Matt took this advice and instead, reserved the next upcoming F1 Savannah Savannah Seattle's queen "Tessa" was pregnant with a kitten--gender undetermined--and due on the last day of the year, 2020.

One day earlier than predicted, on December 30th, Tessa gave birth to a single baby girl! Coincidently, Matt and Tessa's new kitten "Nala" share a birthday--his 50th! Matt took this coincidence as a sign and quickly changed his mind from a male to a female This new addition made Matt's birthday the most fabulous 50th birthday present one could ask for!

Chapter 2 - F1+F7+F2+F2 = Family

Matt and I soon wanted to get F1, Nala, a playmate. We were looking at F7 kittens, also from Savannah Seattle, but later learned the F7 we'd considered was no longer available. Without our knowledge, our daughter Ashley and her husband, Lucas, had reserved the kitten! Matt had talked so much about the Savannah breed, and after meeting Nala, they wanted their own Savannah cat!

Ashley and Lucas acquired F7, "Simba", born in January 2021 Matt and I later chose our second kitty, an F2 named "Pounce", born in April 2021 As the kittens grow, they often get together for play dates Most recently, Ashley and Lucas got a second Savannah, having secretly planned with Savannah Seattle to get an F2 kitten named "Taj" who was born in February 2022 Ashley and Lucas were determined to keep this new addition a secret from Dad/Matt because they thought it fun to witness his reaction to yet another surprise addition to the family!

Page 49

Chapter 3 - An Unfortunate Turn of Events

At an Easter gathering, two weeks before Ashley and Lucas were to pick up "Taj" to come home, Nala and Pounce escaped the back door that was accidentally left open Neither cats are "door darters" but became curious and wandered outside We quickly found Pounce next to the home, but Nala was nowhere to be found

With the devastation of Nala's disappearance, the planned surprise wouldn't be a joyous occasion with her still missing! However, after nine long days--and two days before Taj would join our family--Nala came home, and the happy surprise happened after all Ashley took a video of the sweet moment capturing Matt's reaction, and Savannah Seattle was able to share it across their social media. To be continued...

Read the full story of Nala's nine-day disappearance in the next issue of SAVANNAHGANS®!

Currently, a large catio is under construction at Matt and Sarah's house. Matt designed the structure, and Lucas helped with the construction. Lucas plans to one day replicate a similar structure at his home. Currently, there are one pavilion and two gazebo kits built The gazebo is two stories tall so that we can place a tree in the middle The current stage is to add stainless steel mesh for caging Stay tuned for the finished product in a future issue!

Supportive Supplements To Keep Your cat Healthy

Not only am I a five-time Savannah cat owner, but I also foster kittens for a local rescue Cat and kitten emergencies come in all the time, and in some cases, you must act quickly, especially when there's no vet immediately on hand I base all of my knowledge on experience and personal research. I'm not a licensed veterinarian or vet technician. Remember, your best resource is to contact your trusted veterinarian. Also, I'm not associated with any of these product manufacturers. I know what works and what I like. Now, with that covered, let's talk about supplements/treatments.

Fortiflora, Proviable, S. boulardii: When a cat or kitten arrives with diarrhea, starting probiotics is one of our first steps. We give probiotics to correct gastrointestinal issues, but some people use probiotics as a preventative supplement to maintain a healthy and balanced GI system. In addition to diarrhea, probiotics can ease symptoms such as vomiting, stomach irritation, and constipation Fortiflora is what I most often use (although I keep all three on hand) because 90% of the cats and kittens I've cared for eat it like it's some magical delight That can also be helpful if you have a kitty that isn't eating well If I don't see an improvement with the Fortiflora, I switch to Proviable or S boulardii

Firm Up: Pumpkin is the most commonly used supplement when a cat struggles with gastrointestinal issues It's funny that you'd use the same thing for diarrhea and constipation, but pumpkin can help in both situations Pumpkin is a good source of fiber I've found that most cats and kittens say, "Yuck, pumpkin!" "Firm Up" is a pumpkin flake that's easily mixed with your cat's wet food, and the cat will often eat it

Lysine: Lysine helps to boost a cat's immune system There are a lot of different opinions regarding its use In my experience, more "old school" veterinarians don't suggest it, but veterinarians who work on continuing education recommend it. Cats are sensitive, and kittens are even more so. It is not uncommon for cats to develop an upper respiratory infection (URI) when there are changes to their environment or living situation. Every kitten that comes into my home for foster receives lysine twice a day. Those presenting symptoms of a URI clear up faster, and those healthy typically stay that way. I keep kittens on Lysine until they are a year old. I also send Lysine to them once adopted to help boost their immune system as they transition into the new household. Lysine comes in several forms: gel, paste, treats, and granules. I've had the best luck with Felisyl granules. Cats and kittens try to eat it right out of the jar! I also use lysine for my Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV+) cats and my cat that carries Feline Herpes (FHV)

Terramycin: If a cat or kitten presents with watery eyes or discharge, and I'm confident it's nothing more than the beginning of an Upper Respiratory Infection (URI), or if a veterinarian isn't immediately available, I start Terramycin It's an over-the-counter ointment and intervention that can determine whether a cat loses their vision You can purchase Terramycin at farm stores such as Tractor Supply I've found the best price at Fatman's Doghouse So, when I can wait for the shipment, that's where I purchase

Nutri-Cal: This is a high-calorie supplement with additional vitamins and minerals We use this in cats and kittens when we feel they need a little extra boost to get over the hump during an illness or post-surgery.

Page 52

Karo syrup: Fading Kitten Syndrome (FKS) primarily occurs in neonates. There are a lot of unknowns out there on why FKS happens, but watching for specific symptoms can help you avoid any issues. We use Karo syrup to help kittens pull out of FKS, and you can purchase it at most grocery stores. The Kitten Lady is the expert on all things for neonates, so check out her page for more on FKS

Rebound: Although I've been in rescue for seven years, I recently learned about this product a year ago Rebound is a recovery formula I've used with sick cats, kittens, and kitties that don't have a good appetite (such as postsurgery) This formula provides vitamins and minerals, prebiotics, fatty acids, and amino acids I can't tell you how many kittens I've saved because I had Rebound on hand

Kitten Lyte: Think Pedialyte for cats and kittens Whenever I'm concerned that a cat or kitten is compromised or needs an extra boost, especially with diarrhea or vomiting, I pull out the "Kitten Lyte." It's a powder you mix; most cats drink it like a treat.

Hydra Care: This is another product I recently learned about but have never used. Because I've never used it, I'll give you the details from Proplan's website: "Hydra Care" increases total liquid intake, promotes hydration, and decreases urine-specific gravity.

Unless otherwise specified above, I order all these products from Amazon because of free and fast shipping through Amazon Prime You may be able to find a lower price through other sources In rescue, we often run into people with big hearts but small wallets, and some of these products can be lifesaving when folks don't have other options I want to say it once more for those in the back When you have a cat or kitten experiencing a health event, your best course of action is to see your trusted veterinarian This information is not a substitute for regular and emergent vet care

Athena is the little eight-week-old kitten in these two pictures A kind person found her at the neighbor's house and reached out to me for help We took the pictures 72 hours apart Athena received Terramycin, lysine, probiotics, high-quality kitten food, and lots of love I think you'll agree with me; the difference is startling

The Petique Breeze Pet Jogger is engineered to create a performance-inspired ride for you and your pets Our 360degree, well-ventilated mesh windows produce enhanced air circulation, so your pets can relax in the comfort of their very own Breeze The large tires equipped with shock absorption and traction reinforce a smooth experience.

It meets the exact production requirements of a baby stroller

It has three adjustable leashes for safety

Easy-step brake

Folds easily for storage

It has a large rear pocket for cell phones, water, and snacks

Removable fabric for easy washing

Supports pets up to 60 lbs (30 kgs)

It can be hooked to most bicycles

We've found many uses for this stroller As a runner, it's fun to take the cats on light jogs around the neighborhood with less worry about the neighborhood dogs getting hold of them, like when on a leash or having them wiggle free from their harnesses.

We have put our cats inside so they can hang out with us on our deck or around the fire pit, which they love They will often jump in when they see us going outside as if to say, "Take us too"!

We also used it when we needed to quickly transport them to a safe spot when contractors came to the house and on three occasions during evacuations and drills when we lived in a high-rise condo

I've found the best pricing on this model at Tractor Supply Company.

SAVANNAH CAT RESCUE

Founded in 2003, Savannah Cat Rescue (SVR) is a volunteer service (not brick and mortar) by Savannah breeders Kristine Alessio and Brigitte Cowell Moyne, with a core group of volunteers across the United States and Canada. The mission of SVR is to rescue Savannah Cats and educate the public about the Savannah Cat Breed.

SVR cats come from various places, primarily breeders who've sold kittens to owners unprepared or unable to care for a Savannah. The second, the breeder didn't assume responsibility when new owners needed help or decided to return the cat. A good breeder will always take back a cat they've bred, regardless of age or circumstances. Luckily, most Savannah breeders fall into this "good" category!

When an owner first contacts SVR, the owner is given information/tips to help them work any problems they may be experiencing with their Savannah. If the owner is unable or unwilling to resolve through these recommendations, SVR can take possession of the cat with owner's agreement (a legal surrender form).

SVR identifies qualified foster homes and places rescued cats for evaluation until placed into a permanent home. SVR will work with foster homes.

If necessary to rehabilitate cats, have them vetted (vaccinated and spayed/neutered), and evaluate any special needs or requirements. SVR gives first preference to foster homes if their home is a good fit.

Although the Savannah breed is young, it's growing fast, and the number of Savannah cats and catteries producing Savannahs is increasing. SVR expects to see more Savannah cats in rescue in the future, but this is NOT a reflection of a breed problem, merely a fact of feline life.

We showcase available rescued Savannah cats on the SVR Facebook page or https://groups.io/g/SavannahCatRescue. SVR never knows when a cat will become available in any location. Rescue Savannahs are typically adult cats of varying generations, ages, and genders and are rarely kittens. All Savannahs available for adoption through SVR will be spayed or neutered and come from a foster or the current owner's home

Please check the Hybrid Law site to ensure Savannahs are legal where you live before asking about an available Savannah. SVR will NOT adopt to anyone living in an illegal area! Can you need more clarification local Animal Control officer if you doubt your community's legality, homeowners association, city, county, state, or province? Always make sure you're in legal compliance with the number of pets you may own. We require landlord permission and proof to own a cat if you rent or lease your home.

Adoption fees for each Rescue Savannah are usually $200, and donations also fund SCR.

Savannah Cat Care Fund

Savannah Cat Care Fund (SVCCF) is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that seeks to provide financial assistance throughout the United States to Savannah pet cat owners who cannot afford emergency care for their Savannah cat. SVCCF financial assistance applies to all illnesses and injuries requiring immediate emergency or urgent care.

The fund started because we were disheartened by the Savannah cats euthanized or surrendered when the owner(s) couldn't pay veterinary bills. This fund has been years in the making, and as our breed grows, so do its needs.

The Savannah Cat Rescue team felt a need to have an organization to help pet Savannahs BEFORE being surrendered or euthanized. A group evolved, and the idea came to fruition with many people's help. The SVCCF works with Savannah Cat Rescue to save our precious Savannahs. The SVCCF works with the community and anyone in need of emergency funds to save or help their Savannah cat.

The goals of the Savannah Cat Care Fund are:

To generate financial support for the organization's initiatives, through outreach and fundraising, with a primary focus on providing financial assistance to Savannah pet cat owners experiencing financial hardship due to unanticipated emergency/urgent cat care expenses.

To work with Savannah Rescue and help/save Savannah cats BEFORE they're surrendered or euthanized due to an owner's inability to provide emergency veterinary care.

To work with veterinarians on accepting pet insurance and allowing owners to pay only deductibles and copays.

To provide education and resources to Savannah owners as needed.

We define a Savannah cat as (a) a Savannah with TICA registration; or, (b) a Savannah rescued from SV Rescue with proof of such; or (c) a cat with no registration papers but deemed a Savannah by the SVCCF Board of Directors or their appointees; or, (d) a Savannah recognized and confirmed as such by the cat's breeder.
