Romance: A fairytale truth or a too good to be true?

Have you ever seen a real display of the mythical idea of two souls meeting in a almost god-like display of passion?

Well neither have I.
Often relegated to the sidelines of romance and love, I’ve watched on in horror as I felt almost unworthy of this passion others feel directed towards others. The pain of watching on as I have to live vicariously through the highs and lows of others relationships whilst never finding my own.
I cannot fathom how these relationships function as a person because of the true realisation behind it. Some people are built for it. To fall in love and to have the capacity to find beauty in the pain it brings and to commit wholly to another soul with the risk of shattering your own.
It begs the question is it ever truly worth it to put yourself out there and hope the right one will come along to smooth the cracks in your your heart and to be devoted with the torture it may bring to be without that person.
Can it ever be worth it?
I can’t honestly answer that question as for me love is a question I have not yet found a real answer to I have only found the faded remmnats of others answers. So go find out and if you ever have an answer let the rest of us heartbroken souls know. We still have to suffer the search.
