Welcome & How to Contact Us Like many businesses in Lincoln, my father derived our name from the ‘Lincoln Imp’, a stone carving found in Lincoln’s historic cathedral and founded Running Imp in 1988 as a ‘onestop-shop’ for event organisers. Little did he imagine that 38 years later it would have grown into the market leader in our field that it has today. We specialise in bespoke medals and are the UK’s leading supplier delivering over 4 million medals worldwide each year, from village fun runs to some of the world’s greatest mass participation events including the TCS London Marathon and the AJ Bell Great North Run, however, no event is too large, but more importantly, too small

Where are the pin badges manufactured? Our custom lapel pin badges are manufactured at our partner factories in China, for the best quality at effectively wholesale prices.
What pin badge finishes are available? We have a variety of custom lapel pin badge finishes to choose from. See page 7 for our most popular finishes.
I have heard that the pin badges can be produced and delivered in 3-4 weeks, is that correct? Yes they can. Once you have ‘signed-off’ the artwork and approved your design it can take only 4-6 weeks, or even less, to produce and deliver your pin badges using air freight. Is there a surcharge for the pin badges to be flown in? No.
Pin Badge Design I only have a rough sketch of my pin badge design. Is that OK? Yes. Simply send us your guidelines with any logos/ images (if there are any you want incorporating), and we will design your pin badge for you FREE of Charge. How long will it take for me to receive artwork back from you for approval? Firstly we will send you a quotation. Once you have accepted our quotation, we will then proceed with your pin badge design which you should normally receive within 3 to 4 working days, or even less. When I have received my pin badge design back for approval, what if I require any changes? No problem. We will amend your design until you are completely happy with it!

Will I be charged a die charge for repeat orders? No. Absolutely not providing that nothing changes at all. What if want just the year changing?
