Welcome & How to Contact Us Like many businesses in Lincoln, my father derived our name from the ‘Lincoln Imp’, a stone carving found in Lincoln’s historic cathedral and founded Running Imp in 1988 as a ‘onestop-shop’ for event organisers.

Little did he imagine that 38 years later it would have grown into the market leader in our field that it has today.

We specialise in bespoke medals and are the UK’s leading supplier delivering over 4 million medals worldwide each year, from village fun runs to some of the world’s greatest mass participation events including the TCS London Marathon and the AJ Bell Great North Run, however, no event is too large, but more importantly, too small

But we’re more than just a ‘one-stopshop’ for event organisers. We also specialise in supplying trophies, t-shirts, promotional items and clothing to clubs, schools, charities and organisations, and guarantee that we will not be beaten on price, quality or service.
