We have specialised in the manufacture and mail order of medals, trophies and awards since 1988, working with schools and colleges all over the UK, to not only guarantee you the lowest prices, but the very best service, advice, choice and value.

Charity of the Year | How to Order

Charity of the Year Each year we adopt a charity to whom we donate money to from the sale of medals and company fundraising projects. We are pleased to announce that our Charity of the Year for 2016 is the Samaritans Lincoln.

Throughout 2016 Running Imp will be donating 1p from the sale of every standard medal to the Samaritans Lincoln. This is indicated by a special lozenge (see below) and it is hoped that we will be able to make a significant contribution to the great work that they do.

Delivery Charges Orders will be sent via courier with smaller items sent via Royal Mail. Carriage charges are calculated by weight. NI, remote Scotland and UK offshore islands including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man will all incur a surcharge see website for details.

Breakages and Claims Claims must be received in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods. ALWAYS check the contents of your parcel(s) before signing the delivery note or sign UNCHECKED. We cannot accept responsibility for goods signed ‘in good condition’ if they are later found to be damaged.
