2 - Email us your artwork
To ensure the highest quality gear for your club we require a vector file type (.ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg). Please note that a png or jpg that has been placed into Adobe Illustrator and saved as a vector file does not work. If you save your logo as a .pdf or .svg please make sure to check the box below.
Send us the Pantone specifics for your logo and/or team colors.
3 - Design
Our product design team will work with you to finalize your custom gear. Please note: Our pricing includes the initial mock up and one revision. If further revisions are needed, an additional design fee will be added.
4 - Finalize your order
Once the design is finalized, we’ll create a draft order based on the quantities you need. Note that each product has minimum order requirements.
5 - Payment and Delivery
• Once the order is finalized it will be sent into production. Custom orders require 50% prepayment.
• Orders will be shipped directly in 8-10 weeks.
• You’ll receive an invoice for the balance owed on the order around the same time that the shipment arrives.

This is a great way to create a cohesive look for your team. Clubs can order any mix of items from currently available website inventory–tops, bottoms, accessories and shoes. Minimum order size is 15+ pieces. Email us the details on styles and quantities by size and we’ll create a draft order for your review.

Artwork & Design
• Share your artwork and design preferences with the local screen printer you use to finish up your orders. If you don’t have a screen printer, rabbit is happy to share contact information from the printer we use. rabbit is not a screen printer.
• Advise your printer to use the lowest heat setting necessary for printing so that there are no issues with the performance fabrics.
