2 - Email us your artwork
To ensure the highest quality gear for your club we require a vector file type (.ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg). Please note that a png or jpg that has been placed into Adobe Illustrator and saved as a vector file does not work. If you save your logo as a .pdf or .svg please make sure to check the box below.
Send us the Pantone specifics for your logo and/or team colors. Share examples or photo inspiration that will help us perfect the design for your team.
3 - Design
Our product design team will work with you to finalize your custom gear. Please note: Our pricing includes the initial mock up and one revision. If further revisions are needed, an additional design fee will be added.
4 - Finalize your order
Once the design is finalized, we’ll create a draft order based on the quantities you need. Note that each product has minimum order requirements.
5 - Payment and Delivery
• Once the order is finalized it will be sent into production. Custom orders require 50% prepayment.
• Orders will be shipped directly in 8-10 weeks.
• You’ll receive an invoice for the balance owed on the order around the same time that the shipment arrives.

Upgrade your team gear by personalizing current rabbit gear with your team logo! rabbitCLUBs get bulk discounts on orders over 15 pieces. These orders are turned around quickly–we can ship directly to your screen printer or to you.
Print Orders
This is a great way to create a cohesive look for your team. Clubs can order any mix of items from currently available website inventory–tops, bottoms, accessories and shoes. Minimum order size is 15+ pieces. Email us the details on styles and quantities by size and we’ll create a draft order for your review.

• 41 - 75 units - 30%
• 76+ units - 35%
• Clubs that have ordered custom singlets through rabbit are eligible for 40% off on coordinating shorts for their team.

Artwork & Design
• Share your artwork and design preferences with the local screen printer you use to finish up your orders. If you don’t have a screen printer, rabbit is happy to share contact information from the printer we use. rabbit is not a screen printer.
• Advise your printer to use the lowest heat setting necessary for printing so that there are no issues with the performance fabrics.
