A WORD FROM OUR CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER DEAR TEAM, As we close the chapter on 2025, it’s worth pausing to recognize just how meaningful this year has been. It was a year defined by growth, progress, change, and, above all, by a continued commitment to serving our residents and their families in the best ways possible. This year, we challenged ourselves to be more than a community that provides services. We focused on being a trusted resource for our residents, their families, and the areas we serve. The results of that commitment are clear across every corner of the organization. Our success shows up financially, in our internal customer service surveys, and in our strong Great Place to Work results. Throughout the year, our teams and communities were honored with significant recognition, including Aarondale and The Hidenwood being named AHCA/NCAL Bronze National Quality Award recipients; Amanda Waggy, Executive Director at Aarondale, receiving the VHCA Administrator of the Year award; Harpreet Kaur of Heatherwood being recognized as Caregiver of the Year; Aarondale and The Wellington at Lake Manassas being named Virginia Living Top Retirement Communities; and Heatherwood earning the 2025 Best of Senior Living Award from Seniorly. These accomplishments are truly collective. They are the result of collaboration across departments, strong partnerships with residents and families, and the daily dedication shown by each team member. Most importantly, this success flows back into our communities, allowing us to enhance services and amenities, strengthen our culture, invest in benefits, and continue building environments where both residents and team members can thrive. Thank you for the role you played in making this year so impactful. Our culture is built on integrity, compassion, and a shared commitment to delivering the lifestyle our residents have earned and deserve. That commitment often comes with sacrifice long hours, emotional investment, and caring for others during their most vulnerable moments. Please know that the extra effort you bring every day - the kind word, the thoughtful check-in, the personalized touch, the simple smile - matters deeply and directly contributes to our continued success. Congratulations to each of you on a year worth celebrating. Here’s to carrying this momentum forward and making 2026 even stronger.

SINCERELY,

William Fralin
