I am Ruchita Davane , a devoted student of Architecture studying at the Universal College of Architecture, Vasai.

Architecture to me serves as a cultural mirror, transcending mere profession to embody a worldview, a lens through which we interpret our surroundings and express ourselves. Driven by a desire to delve into the essence of art, I am passionate about design, creativity, and problem-solving. The prospect of creating spaces that bring joy and positively impact lives and society motivates my exploration of this field.

My dedication to the profession is reflected in my work ethic. I am a hardworking individual and approach every task with diligence and attention to detail. Throughout my academic journey, I have continually demonstrated leadership qualities, and I am a dedicated team player. I believe that effective collaboration is essential for growth.

Working on diverse projects has been instrumental in enhancing my skillset and knowledge. It has allowed me to cultivate proficiency in areas like architectural documentation, drafting, and designing. I am eager to showcase my capabilities and my learnings through my curated portfolio.

Cultural Center Semester 5 ,Year 3 The purpose of this semester is to create a structure in order to preserve the local cultures and embrace theit ancient practices for the Koli Community coming from the regions of Koliwada of Mumbai.

The core purpose of this semester was to understand the the sensibity of community and the type of space it demands to bring people together .

This project helped us to understand the ROLE OF ARCHITECTURE in moulding communities and people in of various backgrounds all together .

The idea revolved around to provide a PLATFORM FOR ALL , which acts as an open space for celebration and gathering .

To PERFORM , REPRESENT and SHARE OUR OWN IDENTITY AMONGST ALL.

MOD ART Fashion Design Institute Semester 6 ,Year 3 The purpose of this semester is to create a space of learning , which enhances the quality and education with providing the students an equal exposure to the representing themselves with FASION AS THEIR MEDIUM. Designing an institute, while learning under one is quite an interesting one.

Here the objective was clear to provide students learning experience in an innovative and different from any other professional institutes .

This project helped us to understand the ROLE OF ARCHITECTURE and ART in molding communities and people and especially students to bring them all together .

The idea revolved around to provide a STAGE FOR Students ,to enhance their better understanding of subjects and represent themselves with the medium of fashion .

To PERFORM , REPRESENT and SHARE OUR OWN IDEAS AMONGST ALL. Hence , the concept expressed THREE DIMENSIONAL COLLECTOR OF EXPERIENCES .

It mainly revolved around THE GRID , structurally & psychologically which is following some disciplines , while remolding some through fearless curves.

SAHWAS: THE LIVING High Rise Residential Complex

The purpose was to understand the essence of living in a house , from past in the Indian context and applying the same at various scales and level

The semester focused on the understandings the effects of urbanization and need for going high ,without compromising the core essence of living .

This project helped us to understand the ROLE OF ARCHITECTURE as a shelter from the atmosphere while also connecting us back to it in various form and techniques .

Semester 7 ,Year 4

The idea revolved around to provide a RIGHT TO SKY AND LAND TO ALLL , which ENCOURAGES in maintaing the connection at various height away from the sources Hence , the concept revolved around same and THE nest of a bird , structurally & psychologically which connects with essenceource of licing and so is their COMMUNITY to them .
