We rely on our locally-based partners for their expertise and their knowledge of the specific cultures, systems and challenges of the regions they are operating in.their expertise and their knowledge the regions they are operating in.
These organizations are key to the success and sustainability of our social impact work - and as such, we know that vetting and supporting them is an essential part of our operation.
When we find - or are made aware of - an organization that we consider cooperating with, we first do our research to figure out whether our values are aligned.
Part of that is done by having our prospective partners study our sustainability manifesto and fill in a partnership questionnaire.
If it’s a match, we proceed to the next phase. This usually involves meeting and training the trainers that will be administering educational workshops and handing out the donated menstrual cups.
They receive and distribute their first batch of Ruby Cups and evaluate their progress and success. Based on this evaluation, we decide whether to continue our cooperation.

What began as a mission to distribute menstrual cups and provide menstrual health education in Nairobi soon expanded to Masogo village in Kisumu, where our collaboration helped establish a Learning Centre to nurture children and strengthen families.
The Learning Centre was built with the belief that education and early support are foundational to breaking cycles of poverty and enabling long‐term opportunity.
From its early days, the Centre has become more than a classroom, it’s a place where children thrive, mothers find support, and community bonds grow stronger. Today, the Centre:
