35mm HIGH SHOWER TRAYS 2013/14
SHOWERING 0N TECHNOLOGYTM
CHOOSING A SHOWER TRAY IT IS AS EASY AS 1,2,3 (AND MAYBE 4!)
CHOOSE A TRAY
1 DID YOU KNOW? All our trays are supplied with: • 55mm corner caps • Shrink wrapped in plastic • 2 ply box The above ensures the tray arrives at your location in perfect condition.
Zamori has over 60 trays, the largest range of 35mm shower trays available in the United Kingdom. Decide on the showering enclosure that you require - and then choose a tray that fits. All our trays are acrylic capped with a 20mm x 20mm x 2mm square tube, formed to be the exact shape of the tray, to ensure rigidity for a lifetime of use. The trays are flat on the under-surface; this makes installation and levelling very easy. 1 2 3 4 5 6 1 2 3 4 5 6

CHOOSE A WASTE
2 DID YOU KNOW? The adhesive used with our sealing strip is waterproof, having water absorption of less than ≤0.01
All of our shower wastes are 90mm diameter High Flow Turbo Wastes and are designed to fit all our trays – they also comply with EN274-3. This ensures that water flows out at up to 30 litres per minute, making the Zamori High Flow Turbo Waste one of the most efficient available - and suitable for high volume showering applications!! Simply choose if you want a chrome or white dome (this is the part that you will see every day when showering). The waste is supplied with a Solvent Weld Adaptor.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information in this publication. We do reserve the right to amend details and specification without notice.
CHOOSE THE SEALING STRIP
3 DID YOU KNOW? All our trays are 25 kilograms or less – cutting installation costs – as it removes the need for a two-person lift, as recommended by the Health and Safety Executive guidelines for manual handling.
Now specify the sealing strip. Again to keep it simple our sealing strip fits every tray we make! We think that this is really important - as this will ensure that you have years of leak free usage of your shower! Our unique - ‘easyseal’ water sealing strip - takes minutes to install. All trays should be installed with a sealing mechanism - to prevent water seeping between the tray and the wall. This is especially true in bathrooms with wooden floors - where floor movement is far more likely.
DO YOU NEED TRAY PANELS?
4 DID YOU KNOW? Zamori trays are friends of the earth. Zamori 35 range cares about the environment by using less water, during manufacturing, without compromising on quality and style.
If you cannot run your waste under the floor you will have to raise your shower tray to allow room for the pipe work. In such cases you need a shower panel kit. Our kits come complete with male and female acrylic panels, legs and adjustable arms with magnets - so that you can remove the panel easily if you need access for maintenance. Simply choose the panel kit that suits the tray you have chosen All our panels are made from acrylic - so the colour match to your tray is perfect!
