The RTRS International Conference 2025 will take place on 17–18 September, during the VICTAM LATAM event, in São Paulo, Brazil. Under the theme “Shaping solutions for a sustainable future”, the conference will focus on practical discussions to unlock the potential of RTRS’s broad membership base and the entire responsible soy value chain.
The event will bring together stakeholders from producers to end users and will once again be hosted in a producer country, reflecting the full complexity of the soy value chain and the innovations present at every stage. In this context, we will:
• Explore market developments and opportunities
• Design solutions, partnerships and mechanisms for a sustainable soy future
• Strengthen our sense of belonging and understand the RTRS Strategy
• Come together and connect with partners and experts
VICTAM AS HOST SPONSOR
The event will focus on opportunities in Brazil and its neighbouring countries. As in other parts of the world, VICTAM will be held alongside GRAPAS LatAm, the event dedicated to the milling and processing of grain, rice, soy and flour.
In Latin America, VICTAM also partners with the US-based grain handling and processing association GEAPS, which will co-locate its GEAPS event. Together, these three events will form the key meeting point for professionals in feed and grain processing and handling.
The exhibition is a “one-stop” event for decision-makers in these industries. Every visitor will find what they are looking for – all under one roof, over the course of three days. The event will also feature a series of high-quality conferences and opportunities for networking and business matchmaking with peers and clients.
In addition to these trade shows, Feed Formulation Latin America will also take place – an exclusive event focused on animal feed additives and nutritional solutions. Held alongside VICTAM LatAm, it will provide a comprehensive platform for innovation and business opportunities, connecting feed manufacturers with R&D professionals.

ABOUT THE VENUE
Expo Center Norte is located at Rua José Bernardo Pinto, 333, Vila Guilherme – São Paulo, Brazil. It is about 6 km from São Paulo’s Historic Centre, 9 km from Avenida Paulista and 23 km from Guarulhos International Airport.
The venue consists of five air-conditioned pavilions (Yellow, Blue, White, Green and Red) that host everything from trade fairs and conventions to graduation ceremonies, concerts and corporate events.
Expo Center Norte is part of the multi-use Center Norte City complex, which also includes the Center Norte shopping mall, Lar Center and the Novotel São Paulo Center Norte, all with easy access to São Paulo’s airports.

VICTAM LATAM will be located on the ground floor of the White Pavilion at Expo Center Norte. Upon entering the Exhibition Centre, the White Pavilion will be on your right, with clear and visible signage throughout the venue.

BY BUS
• Walk to Terminal 1 at Guarulhos Airport.
• Take Line 257 to Tatuapé (7 stops).
• Then take Line 271A-10 to Santana (23 stops).
• From Santana, walk approximately 16 minutes (about 1.3 km) to Rua Maria Cândida, 79.
BY CAR - 32 minutes
• Take the Ayrton Senna Highway at Várzea do Palácio from BR-610: 6 minutes (5.9 km).
• Continue along the Ayrton Senna Highway, then Marginal Tietê Avenue and Morvan Dias de Figueiredo Avenue towards the access to Rua da Coroa in Vila Guilherme, São Paulo: 14 minutes (15.3 km).
• Take Rua Miguel Mentem and Rua Coronel Marques Ribeiro to the final destination.

FROM SÃO PAULO
BY BUS
Two regular bus lines run along Rua José Bernardo Pinto, 333, with a stop in front of Expo Center Norte, departing from Portuguesa-Tietê metro station. You can walk to the bus stop at Av. Cruzeiro do Sul, 1701.
The bus lines are:
• 2012-10 (Vila Medeiros – Metro Tietê)
• 2033-10, Shop. D (Vila Sabrina –Shopping D)
BY CAR
Use the parking lot in front of the main entrance at Rua José Bernardo Pinto, 333 (Gate 13). You may also use the entrance at Rua Miguel Mentem (Gate 16). The parking lot has 4,000 spaces. Prices are:
