Speech Supervisory Board – Speech by Sander Bruggeman - Approved
The Supervisory Board supports the STAR board Dedicated to creating a sustainable future for our association consisting of previous board and Active Members The Supervisory Board mainly cares about three things: reach their objectives, maintain their relationships and don’t face major risks They do so via decision making, monitoring and advising Sander continues his speech by telling about the strategic house of STAR and its six value drivers
Speech Verification Committee - Speech by Jasper Muller - Approved
The Verico consists of treasurers of past full time committees and other full time members who worked with budgets a lot The Verico has three tasks: advising, assuring and verification They just finished the audit which took place at the beginning of April Jasper will join the Verification Committee next year as well
Secretarial Report Oktober until March 2023 – Speech by Rosalie Duijndam - Approved
Rosalie starts the secretarial report with the last General Assembly of Members. In November we had our STAR Management Week, which was quickly followed by the Policy week and the Constitution Drink of the XLVIth Board The year 2024 started off with the Ski Trip, Erasmus Recruitment Days and Active Members Gala During the second half of the year there will still be a lot of Weekly Drinks and Theme Parties The period of April to June still brings the Consultancy Castle, Case Competition, BA & IBA Study Trips, and the recruitment of the XLVIIth Board

Bastiaan talks about the STAR policy for the upcoming five years He goes through all six Value Drivers and explains their progress He also mentions STAR’s strategic house and the progress on the fundament of the house
Financial Report 2022/2023 – Speech by Patrick Stam - Approved
Ruben talks about the financial structure, health and future of STAR He discusses STAR’s finances, the policy, the balance sheet and the year trends He also talks about the results of Erasmus Recruitment and STAR Management Week He ends with the predictions for the future
