WE ARE AP69 In 1969, Padel was born in Acapulco by Ericque Corcuera. It feels appropriate somehow implementing it in the name of Denmarks new padel brand. The brands aesthetic echoing the Nordic love for simplicity. WE ARE AP69 Ian Choe Nielsen A fashion expert with 15+ years of design directing experience at some of the biggest fashion companies in Europe and Asia. Ian has mastered diverse strategies in order to help brands become leaders on both local and global retail scene. As a person Ian loves doing sport and has been on the danish national team in Taekwon-Do and ice skating. - Throughout my career I have founded several brands, my love and obsession to design and create a new brands identity is my passion. As founder and brand director of AP69 this project is already one of my achievement I’m proud to be a part of. I’m in love with the game and want to create a brand with a touch of Nordic minimalism and simple aesthetic. My vision is to build a community worldwide with all kinds of people who love padel.
