With nearly 20 years as a licensed Certified Simply Music Teacher, she is also an active Chamber Ambassador and New Business Mentor. Xavier moved to the US from France in 2003 while working for a French company. He started ACCUFACTURE in 2018, distributing industrial products and special machines. Seeing the gap in technology and labor shortage, he began working on the concept of the AccuTask workstation, later becoming the “Authorized System Integrator” for FANUC America as well as Ready Robotics. Then in 2020, he made PPE’s for the local emergency department. This time allowed him to develop additional skills and knowledge of additive manufacturing. As of September 2023, he launched his first turn-key robotic 3D printer for metal additive manufacturing!

From a young age, Jason Dickinson has been involved in the Rochester Community. He attributes his involvement in the community to his hardworking parents and his upbringing. Jason lives and breathes Rochester. He has worked for the City of Rochester for over 25 years and is currently the Superintendent of Public Works. Jason leads his team to tackle all emergencies in the city whether large or small. He works hard to make sure the community we all love is safe, clean, and enjoyable.
Nursing student Najae’ Ratcliff wanted compassion at the core of her career, and found that curriculum and community in Oakland University’s School of Nursing. In the final stages before graduation, her education has transformed her lifelong dream of becoming a labor and delivery nurse into her eventual profession and has built confidence and knowledge to thrive in her field.

The Rochester Fire Department was officially organized in 1895, the oldest fire department in Oakland County. It is an all-hazard fire department responding to all types of emergencies. After conducting a formal risk assessment, the team identified needs from senior residents, particularly those suffering from Alzheimer’s and dementia. After reaching out to Corewell Health for specialized training for all fire department members, a task force was formed to direct next steps. The team set a goal of having Rochester become the first Dementia and Age Friendly community. A full range of programs that would have a direct impact on the quality of life of those suffering from Dementia or Alzheimer’s is now under development.

Bill Cooke is a part of the International Association of Fire Fighters, Fire Chiefs & Arson Investigators, Michigan Fire Inspectors Society, and Oakland/ Macomb Fire Inspectors Society. He has worked for all 5 Fire Chiefs that led the City of Rochester Hills Fire Department. Under the current leadership, staff members are able to utilize their vision in creating a safe environment for residents and visitors. Bill says, “[I’m] honored and humbled to share this award with the amazing staff of our Community Risk Reduction Division along with my wife, Erika, and my son, Mason. “
Dave LewAllen retired in April from WXYZ-TV after 35 years and nearly 44 years overall in the media industry. During his career, he covered championship sporting events as well as breaking news stories and regularly interviewed key newsmakers across the region. In 2012, he was inducted into the Silver Circle by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Michigan chapter, recognizing 25 years of service to the industry. During his career, he received 5 Michigan Regional EMMY awards. In May, 2023, he received a Lifetime Achievement award from the Society of Professional Journalists - Detroit.
He has been involved with numerous non-profits as well. As a long time member of the community, he supports our local organizations by volunteering his timeeven to the Rochester Regional Chamber. He says, “It was a pleasure to serve as the Master of Ceremonies for the Sunrise Pinnacle Awards for the first 10 years of the event.”
