Combining the creative genius of visionary designer Philippe Starck with the sublime culinary artistry of chef José Andrés, SLS Beverly Hills upended the status quo in the hospitality industry by presenting an alternative conception of elegance and luxury that revels in an unabashedly cheeky, modern spirit.
