KATHYSTARK
A Jacksonville native and RPC member, Kathy Stark specializes in watercolor and oil painting. Her favorite subject matter is her natural Florida surroundings which she explores by hiking, kayaking, canoeing, mountain biking and dog walking. Kathy will be selling her book “The Wilderness of North Florida’s Parks”, a unique blend of art and education, this family friendly book is a community resource to help get people outside. Also available will be her SEE JACKSONVILLE! local wilderness park posters which were designed and painted in the historic style of the 1930’s WPA NPS park posters.


MIKEPERRY

Mike Perry is a local artist of fine art paintings. Mike cultivates landscapes that evoke an atmospheric narrative of dreamlike timeworn nostalgia through a mise en scene of thin translucent acrylic washes. His abstract work is simply an exploration of ethereal shape and form, where again, tranquility is his goal.


STAINEDGLASSCLASS

The stained glass class originated as a Community Life outreach meeting on Wednesday morning in the room next to Meals on Wheels. Inspiration for the stained glass windows in Bittinger Hall were the results of a challenge project from the 2015 stained glass group. This year’s project for the Art Market are Christmas ornaments and decorations with proceeds benefiting Meals on Wheels.
BARBARAPENCE

Barbara Pence has been making baskets for over 30 years as a hobby and sometimes as therapy. Basketry is one of the oldest crafts in the world and what she loves most is that her baskets are functional vessels made from age-old techniques.

CHRISTYLANE

Joyce McGill and Christy Lane are offering homemade crochet unique gifts—hats, scarves and kitchen accessories of all sizes pattern and colors. Proceeds will go to Sewing Hope and Youth Ministries.

TREVORSEYMORE
Trevor and Dethbat Kustoms will offer handmade metal art and wooden home and garden decor.

PEGGYHARRELL


Peggy Harrell Jennings is an award winning artist and author who works primarily in acrylic. She holds memberships in several art organizations and exhibits throughout NE Florida. Peggy will be exhibiting a few prints of her paintings as well as smaller items like clay angels, notecards from original artwork, and children's books. Peggy was the art teacher at RPDS for 17 years and is a contributing writer for The Resident Community Newspaper.


DOROTHYMARSH

Three years ago she attended the Presbyterian Women’s Synod Gathering at Epworth-by–the–Sea. While there, she took a workshop introducing her to Protestant Prayer Beads. She liked the concept so much that she started making them for herself and others. Prayer Beads are a wonderful way to organize your prayer life. They help to keep your mind from wandering and your thoughts organized.

PATD’ELIAANDMARYANNEDENNIS
Pat is a quilter and bag maker. At the Art Market, Pat will be offering quilts and bags/ purses in a variety of styles and sizes. Her bags are made of cork or a combination of cork and canvas. Many are lined with waterproof material. Mary Anne is offering quilts, bean bags and Christmas tree skirts.



JOANMADISON

Having just turned 80, Joan is thrilled to be creating again. Madison Design has been producing unique creations (hats, florals, jewelry and more) for many years, and now with the help of VLN Companion Care, Joan is able to create again. She is offering her 2025 wreath collection.



FAITHJONES
Avondale Creations is a handcrafted goods business specializing in beautifully quilled cards, festive ornament’s, holiday wreaths, and whimsical gnomes. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to bring charm and creativity to celebrations and seasonal decor. Quilled cards also available at Happy Medium Books and Cafe and on some Saturdays at Riverside Arts Market.






JANCARPENTER
Jan Carpenter is a local Riverside resident and the company name is Contemplative Photos. She digitally reworks personal photographs into imaginative greeting cards that cross the border between photography and painting. Cards will be available individually or in packs for gift giving.
JULIEHANDLEY


For Christmas, Julie has begun a special collection, entitled Glad Tidings, featuring a series of Christmas Angels. Gift tags reflecting these angels will be available at this event, perfect for sharing the spirit of the season. Also available for sale are several paintings. Julie especially loves painting flowers, marsh scenes, and collages. All proceeds from Julie’s gift tags and paintings will be donated to DESC.
DAVETUTTLE

Dave Tuttle has designed and constructed step stools which are finished by clients and staff at Angelwood, a nonprofit serving children, adults, seniors, and families living with intellectual and developmental differences such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, and Spina Bifida. These clients also create jewelry, note cards, soap and other unique pieces of art.

DEBBIEGRISNIK

As an undergraduate, Debbie received a BA degree in Art from Thiel College, a Lutheran school in Pennsylvania. Her grandmother was an artist and inspiration for Debbie. Debbie loves watercolor the best because of its freshness. Painting relaxes Debbie and brings her joy.
