Conceptual proposal for a private investor in the real-state sector of the city. The objective of these space was to integrate in a family zone universal access for the interaction for users of all ages.

By distributing the activities in the extent of the site, it maintains an active synergy between the users.

This was an urbanistic project on the Giardino degla Medaglie d’Oro developed for a great range of users around the different surfaces of the park.

The different layers and textures provided were better distributed maintaining the foliage the, once botanical garden, provided.

Florence , IT. Urbanism

Urbanistic approach to provide a better interaction of the citizenships with the river Arno through the city of Florence on its different heights.

The project was divided across the river, specifically on the pescaias, for them to have a character of its own and connect the limits of the city. As a result, the Art Plot and the Port side were generated.

Architectural design project of a museum regarding the usage and applications of ecotechniques.

By using the building itself the visitors may get to know the different possibilities that the bioclimatic design offer.

Local community requested an architectural project to resolve their need of a new techhighschool that could be adapted to their plot.

Bioclimatic design and ecotechniques were demanded for the construction of the site because of the town sewage was non-existent.

AGAVOS TERRITORY

Miami, USA. Commercial

Architectural design project regarding the distribution and appreciation of the Mexican distillates around the world.

Interdisciplinary teams were formed to create unique and merchandise to be spread around the different districts of the city. Our approach, being the harvest, consisted in a store, bar and orchard in the south limits of Lummus Park.
