MATERIALES

GARANTÍA DE PRODUCTO • Cherry Bath garantiza todos sus productos ante cualquier defecto de fabricación, excepto los resultantes del uso impropio o defectuoso de la instalación.

• Nuestros productos tienen 10 años de garantía, siempre que se limpien con productos que no sean ácidos ni abrasivos y se utilice sólo una gamuza o paño húmedo.

• Los Complementos de Hotel, las Ayudas Técnicas, Joy y Lum tienen una garantía de 10 años.

• Los accesorios adhesivos, deben colocarse tal como indicamos en las instrucciones de instalación, la cual se incluye en una bolsa junto al stick dentro de la caja del producto.

• La garantía no cubre una instalación inadecuada.

• No afecta a nuestra garantía los daños colaterales que se pueden producir por la indebida instalación del producto.

• Las incidencias que se puedan producir por los ácidos de las fecales no son imputables a la garantía del producto, ya que se han producido por estar instalados en baños sin ventilación exterior y que pasan largos periodos de tiempo sin ser usados.

FABRICADO CON MATERIALES NOBLES Los materiales utilizados en la fabricación de nuestros accesorios son siempre materiales nobles y de 1ª calidad. Se emplea: latón en barra maciza, tubo de latón de 1 mm., chapa de latón de 1 y 1,5 mm., aluminio fundido tubo de aluminio de 1,5 y 2 mm., barra de aluminio de 25 x 8 mm. y adhesivos de la marca 3M. TODOS LOS MATERIALES EMPLEADOS SON ANTIOXIDANTES

PRODUCT WARRANTY • CherryBath warantees its bathroom accesories to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

• All our products have a 10 year warranty, only if it is cleaned properly with a damp cloth or a chamois cloth avoiding acid or abrasive products.

• Hotel Bathroom Accessories and Technical Assistance, Joy and Lum have a 10 year warranty.

• The adhesive accesories should be placed as indicated on the instructions, you will find them inside the packaging. You can also check out the installation video on our YouTube Channel.

• Warranty doesn’t include an improper installation.

• Our warranty doesn’t cover collateral damages

produced due to an improper installation.

• Incidents produced by fecal acids are not included in the product warranty, as they have been produced because the accesories were installed in bathrooms with no external ventilation or bathrooms that are not used for long periods of time.

MANUFACTURED WITH HIGH QUALITY NOBLE MATERIALS We only use high quality Noble Materials to produce our Bathroom Accessories; such as Solid Brass bar, 1mm brass tube, 1 and 1,5 mm brass plate, molten aluminum, 25 x 8 mm aluminum tube and 3M adhesives.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE STAINLESS We use electrolytic coating to our products during the production process following the quality standard UNE 37-551-75; as it follows: alkaline copper plating plus acid copper plating plus bright nickel plating plus semis-gloss nickel plating and finally a chrome plating, following all those steps we reach a minimum average thickness of 40 microns.

UNE 112-017-92 All products fulfill the corrosion test for more than 200 hours, according to the quality standard UNE 112-017-92.

SALES & TERMS CONDITIONS. • Order must be sent to the following email address: orders@probathco.com • Claims due to damaged product or any other defect, must be informed to our company within the first 24 hours after receiving the order, otherwise we won’t be able to take charge of the claim.

• In case of a defective product we can offer you a replacement. We will send a new one at customer’s expenses and we won’t make the credit note until we receive the defective product.

• Cherry Bath only uses high quality crystal, made in a press machine that can modify the toilet brushes interior measurements. For that reason, the crystal toilet brush handle of any collection, can have a small inclination that is not considered a defect.

Authorized distributor

• Returns must be authorized by our Sales Department and must have an approval document signed by our sales representative, otherwise ProBath won’t accept the return.

• When returns are within 30 days after receiving the order, and the reason is due to a customer mistake, customer order cancellation, color change etc… : 1. They will have a depreciation of 15% over the invoice price. (handling costs, packaging

exchange etc) 2. Return shipping costs will always be payed by the costumer.

3. Shipping costs from our factory to customer’s warehouse will also be charged.

• Other returns not caused by defective products: 1. They will have a 40% depreciation over the invoice price.

2. Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Limpiar con alcohol, solo o disuelto con agua la superficie donde se deba de colocar el accesorio. A continuación secar dicha superficie con un paño limpio. No utilizar nunca otros productos de limpieza.

· QUITAR EL ACCESORIO COLOCADO EN LA PARED. Cuidadosamente, con una espátula y con ayuda de un hilo de nailon, haremos palanca entre el accesorio y la pared hasta que quede completamente despegado. Si quedan restos de adhesivo en la pared, quitar con un trapo mojado con acetona. · TO REMOVE THE ACCESSORY ONCE IT´S ALREADY STUCK ON THE WALL, you must be very careful. Use a trowel to lever between the accesory and the wall until it is completely removed, you may also find a nylon thread useful. If there is something left on the wall, you can clean it with a cloth soaked in acetone. · TIRAR O ACESSÓRIO COLOCADO NA PAREDE: cuidadosamente, com uma espátula e com a ajuda de um fio de nylon, fazendo alavanca entre o acessório e a parede, até que esteja completamente descolado. Se ficarem restos de adesivo na parede, limpar com um pano molhado em acetona.

Aplicar el (STICK 3M PRIMER 94) sobre la superficie de la pared donde se deba colocar el accesorio, apretando en el centro del (STICK) hasta que salga el líquido interior y humedezca la esponja del citado (STICK). Se debe esperar para colocar el accesorio 5 minutos hasta que la pared esté totalmente seca.

EL STICK NO ES UN ADHESIVO SINO UNA IMPRIMACIÓN PARA PREPARAR LA PARED. NO SE PUEDE APLICAR EN EL ADHESIVO DEL ACCESORIO, SINO PIERDE LA ADHERENCIA Y TERMINA CAYÉNDOSE LA PIEZA. El líquido del STICK no mancha la pared donde se aplica, cualquier resto que pudiera quedar, se debe limpiar con un paño mojado en alcohol.

Apply the stick 3M PRIMER 94 on the surface where you want to place the accessory. Press the stick until the liquid comes out and moistens the sponge. Before placing the accessory, you must wait for 5 minutes until the wall is totally dry.

THE 3M STICK IS NOT AN ADHESIVE, IT’S A PRIMER THAT PREPARES THE WALL FOR THE ADHESIVE. DO NOT TOUCH THE ADHESIVE SIDE OF THE ACCESSORY, OTHERWISE IT LOSES ITS ADHESIVENESS. The liquid that comes out from the stick does not stain at all, if there are any left-overs you must clean them with a cloth soaked in alcohol.

Aplicar O STICK 3 M PRIMER 94, sobre a superfície da parede onde se deve colocar o acessório, apertando o centro do STICK ,até que saia o líquido interior e humedeça a esponja do citado STICK. Deve-se esperar 5 minutos antes de colocar o acessório, até que a parede esteja completamente seca.

O STICK NÃO É UM ADESIVO, MAS UMA IMPREGNAÇÃO PARA PREPARAR A PAREDE. NÃO SE PODE APLICAR NO ADESIVO DO ACESSÓRIO, SENÃO PERDE A ADERÊNCIA E A PEÇA ACABA CAINDO. O líquido do STICK não mancha a parede onde se aplica. Qualquer resto que possa ficar, deve-se limpar com um pano molhado em álcool.

Quitar el papel protector del adhesivo, teniendo mucho cuidado de no tocarlo con los dedos. Si se toca con los dedos el adhesivo pierde la adherencia y termina despegándose de la pared.

Carefully remove the adhesive protective paper from the accessory. It is strictly forbidden to touch the adhesive surface with your fingers because it looses its adhesiveness and it will fall off from the wall.

Tirar o papel protector do adesivo, tendo muito cuidado de não lhe tocar com os dedos. Se se toca com os dedos no adesivo, este perde a aderência e acaba despegando-se da parede.

You must always heat the adhesive side of the accessory with a hairdryer (once the protector is already removed) as well as the wall where you are going to place the accessory. We suggest to place the accessories in a room where the temperature is over 15°C. Aquecer sempre o adesivo da peça, após tirar o protector, e aquecer a parede onde se vai colocar o acessório, com um SECADOR DE CABELO. Aconselha-se que a temperatura ambiente no momento da colocação dos acessórios.seja superior a 15º C.

Apretar fuertemente con los dedos durante 60 segundos asegurándonos que el plato del accesorio queda totalmente pegado a la pared.

Si el accesorio tiene dos soportes/platos con adhesivo hay que apretar cada uno de los soportes durante 60 segundos.

UNA VEZ COLOCADOS LOS PLATOS EN LA PARED NO SE PUEDE TOCAR NI MANIPULAR PARA COMPROBAR QUE HAN QUEDADOS PEGADOS. AL TOCARLOS PIERDEN TODA LA ADHERENCIA DEL ADHESIVO, POR LO QUE LA PIEZA NO ESTARÁ DEBIDAMENTE INSTALADA PUDIENDO DESPEGARSE. Press hard with your fingers for 60 seconds and make sure the plate is totally stuck to the wall.

If the accessory has two adhesive plates you must press each one for 60 seconds.

ONCE THE PLATES ARE STUCK ON THE WALL, YOU MUST NOT PULL THEM OR TOUCH THEM, ALTHOUGH IT MAY NOT BE NOTICEABLE, THEY CAN LOSE ITS ADHESIVENESS AND FALL OFF FROM THE WALL. Apertar fortemente com os dedos, durante 60 segundos, assegurando que o prato do acessório fica totalmente colado à parede.Se o acessório tem dois suportes (pratos) com adesivo, é necessário apertar cada um dos suportes durante 60 segundos.

UMA VEZ COLOCADOS OS PRATOS NA PAREDE, NÃO SE PODEM TOCAR NEM MANIPULAR PARA COMPROVAR QUE FICARAM COLADOS. AO TOCA-LOS, PERDEM TODA A ADERÊNCIA AO ADESIVO, PELO QUE A PEÇA NÃO FICARÁ DEVIDAMENTE INSTALADA, PODENDO DESCOLAR-SE.

ESPERAR 72H PARA QUE LA PIEZA QUEDE CORRECTAMENTE INSTALADA. Proceder a colocar la pieza sobre el soporte instalado en la pared y apretar el tornillo con un destornillador.

You must wait for 72 hours after sticking the plate(s) on the wall, without using it or pouring any liquids on it. Then you can place the accessory pressing with an allen key.

ESPERAR 72 HORAS PARA QUE A PEÇA FIQUE CORRECTAMENTE INSTALADA. Proceder à colocação da peça sobre o suporte instalado na parede. Apertar o parafuso com uma chave de fendas.

PARA UNA INSTALACIÓN A MÁS DE 1,50 m. El accesorio que se instale a más de dicha altura (desde el suelo), es conveniente que se utilice una escalera para su colocación y la ayuda de una segunda persona, si fuera necesario. Si se intenta colocar desde el suelo, no se ejercerá la fuerza necesaria para una correcta instalación y la pieza quedará indebidamente colocada.

Colocar el plato en la pared en el lugar deseado y marcar en los agujeros donde debemos taladrar, midiendo y centrando bien, si fuera necesario ayudándonos con un nivel.

Place the plate on the desired location of the wall and mark the holes that you will have to drill afterwards. Measure and center it precisely. Use a level if necessary.

Colocar o prato na parede , no lugar desejado, e marcar nos azulejos onde se deve furar, medindo e centrando bem, se necessário com a ajuda de um nível.

Colocar en la pared los 2 tacos y a continuación poner el plato y sujetarlo con los 2 tornillos aprentando con un destornillador.

Place the two wall plugs into the holes you drilled and place the plate on the wall, tighten the two screws with a screwdriver.

Colocar na parede as 2 buchas e de seguida colocar o prato e aperta-lo com os dois parafusos, aparafusando com uma chave de fendas.

Hay que calentar siempre el adhesivo de la pieza (una vez quitado el protector) y la pared donde se deba colocar el accesorio, con un “SECADOR DE PELO”. Se aconseja que la temperatura ambiente a la hora de la colocación de los accesorios sea superior a 15º C. You must always heat with a hairdryer the adhesive side of the accessory (once the protector is already removed) as well as the wall where you are going to place the accessory. It is suggested to place the accessories in a room where the temperature is over 15°C.

Hay que esperar a que transcurran 72 horas desde que los platos estén colocados a la pared, y a continuación colocamos la pieza del accesorio apretandola con la llave allen.

You must wait for 72 hours after sticking the plates on the wall, without using it or pouring any liquids on it. Then you can place the accessory pressing with an allen key.

Center the accessory on the spot you have previously marked on the wall, loosen the allen screw and separate the piece from the plate (already placed on the wall). Press hard with your fingers for 60 seconds and make sure the plate is totally stuck to the wall.

If the accessory has two adhesive plates (e.g. towel bar, sponge holders, wall shelves) you must press each one for 60 seconds. You may need someone else to help you stick the accessories with two plates.

ONCE THE PLATES ARE STUCK ON THE WALL, YOU MUST NOT PULL THEM OR TOUCH THEM BECAUSE ALTHOUGH IT MAY NOT BE NOTICEABLE, THEY CAN LOSE ITS ADHESIVENESS AND FALL OFF FROM THE WALL.

NO PONER PESO NI UTILIZAR EL ACCESORIO DURANTE, AL MENOS, 48 HORAS NI UTILIZAR LA DUCHA DEL CUARTO DE BAÑO PARA QUE NO SE GENEREN HUMEDADES DURANTE EL TIEMPO CITADO. DO NOT PUT ANY WEIGHT ON IT, NEITHER USE THE BATHROOM ACCESSORY, NOR THE SHOWER IN ORDER TO AVOID HUMIDITY, AT LEAST FOR 48 HOURS.

INSTALACIÓN CON TALADRO / DRILLING INSTALLATION

1 Aplicar el (STICK 3M PRIMER 94) sobre la superficie de la pared donde se deba colocar el accesorio, apretando en el centro del (STICK) hasta que salga el líquido interior y humedezca la esponja del citado (STICK). Se debe esperar para colocar el accesorio 5 minutos hasta que la pared esté totalmente seca. EL STICK NO ES UN ADHESIVO SINO UNA IMPRIMACIÓN PARA PREPARAR LA PARED. NO SE PUEDE APLICAR EN EL ADHESIVO DEL ACCESORIO, SINO PIERDE LA ADHERENCIA Y TERMINA CAYÉNDOSE LA PIEZA. El líquido del STICK no mancha la pared donde se aplica, cualquier resto que pudiera quedar, se debe limpiar con un paño mojado en alcohol.

Apply the stick 3M PRIMER 94 on the surface where you want to place the accessory. Press the stick until the liquid comes out and moistens the sponge. Before placing the accessory, you must wait for 5 minutes until the wall is totally dry.

The liquid that comes out from the stick does not stain at all, if there are any left-overs you must clean them with a cloth soaked in alcohol.

Colocar bien centrada la pieza del accesorio donde se hubiera marcado en la pared, a continuación aflojar el tornillo allen y separar la pieza del plato que ya esta colocado en la pared, después hay que apretar fuertemente con los dedos durante 60 segundos asegurándonos que el plato queda totalmente pegado a la pared. Si la pieza tiene dos platos con adhesivo (toalleros de barra, esponjeras, estanterías de pared) hay que apretar cada uno de los platos durante 60 segundos. Es conveniente que para la colocación de las piezas con dos platos adhesivos la ayuda de una segunda persona.

UNA VEZ COLOCADOS LOS PLATOS EN LA PARED NO SE PUEDE TOCAR NI ESTIRAR PARA COMPROBAR QUE HAN QUEDADOS PEGADOS, YA QUE AUNQUE NO SE APRECIE, AL TOCARLOS ESTAN PERDIENDO TODA LA ADHERENCIA DEL ADHESIVO Y CON EL PASO DEL TIEMPO TERMINA CAYÉNDOSE LA PIEZA.

Afloje el tornillo y separe la pieza del plato.

Taladrar donde hemos marcado en la pared.

Drill the holes that you have previously marked.

Loosen the screw and separate the accessory from the plate.

Colocar el plato en la pared en el lugar deseado y marcar en los agujeros donde debemos taladrar, midiendo y centrando bien, si fuera necesario ayudándonos con un nivel.

Place the plate on the desired location of the wall and mark the holes that you will have to drill afterwards. Measure and center it precisely. Use a level if necessary.

Colocar en la pared los 2 tacos y a continuación poner el plato y sujetarlo con los 2 tornillos aprentando con un destornillador.

Place the two wall plugs into the holes you drilled and place the plate on the wall, tighten the two screws with a screwdriver.

Proceder a colocar el accesorio en el plato, apretando con un destornillador.
