July was a very strong month for us, anybody present for the Monday Morning team calls will have noted that the sales charts for this month were all highlighted in green
Sales were up nearly 20% compared to the same period last year which is a testament to the huge effort made across the sales team and the rest of the company

Welcome back, Kim!
The accounts team is pleased to announce that Kim will be officially starting back with the team this month, with her Keep in Touch days coming to an end Please give her a warm welcome back when you see her.
While the team unfortunately had to say goodbye to Dave Allsopp this week, On August 24th, the sales team will be welcoming Michael Scheffer as ROYD’s new National Accounts Manager for the UK and EU region. He will be assisting Norman and will be a valuable asset to the company.
Screwfix Live Preparation
The Marketing Team completed a test build of the Screwfix Live stand The design team are now hard at work preparing new banners and activities for the stand We have enlisted an influencer called Scott Godfrey to build a bespoke storage unit and tv stand for the show

Sales Team Meeting
The face-to-face sales meeting, detailed last month, took place the day before the summer barbeque Norman has reported that the discussions were productive with the launch of four TRACER lines. Also, Norman and Rob were also able to unveil the new UK8MAKP and Made in Britain display unit to the team.



Operations Team Updates
As you may know, the Operations team has grown by two in the last few weeks Many may have met Nathan at the team summer barbeque event and Keiran has joined the team as a DevOps Engineer Keiran will be key to developing the company’s software structure going forward. The team has a lot of projects in the pipeline ready over the coming months, these new additions will be vital components to the team going forward.
ePim Launch
e-Pimisadatamanagementsystemthat has been in the works for some time that has full integration into our Intact ERP system. It will serve as the new hub for product operational and marketing data goingforward
SCOPIC Filming
Product News

TRACER has a wide array of additions joining the range, last month's update showed the Contour Gauges, Carpenter's Pencil and the new Crayon Marker selection. See below for further changes.
TRACER ALH1 Changes
TRACER Lead Replacements are changing soon. The ALH1 and all products containing the ALH1 as a component will be adjusted to contain 6x 2B Graphite Leads and will no longer contain 2x Alternative Yellow Leads.

TRACER Lead Packs


Alternative and replacement lead packs will instead be available in packs of 12 With one featuring 12 graphite leads while the other features 6x red and 6x white alternative leads.
