Where Zero is Hero.
Maintaining Zero manufacturing waste to landfill since 2009 stands as a testament to our commitment and our battle against waste. After all the efforts to recycle within the manufacturing process are exhausted, any residual waste that cannot find a new purpose is converted into Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) pellets, used for clean electricity generation.

Reducing the weight of the product makes it easier to handle during installation. When spillages occur, each of the tiles can be taken up to be cleaned off site, temporarily replaced with spare then re-installed minimising disruption.

Tiles take less energy to move , and this energy use has less carbon emission. Before installation it takes transport energy to move things. So as products go from the manufacturing site, to warehouses, and then to installation sites, transport energy is required for trucks, shipping, and forklifts; this is primarily diesel fuel.
