How to Spa.
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
We recommend that you book your treatments and massages in advance to choose the time that suits you best, based on availability. To make a reservation, your room number or credit card number is required. Reservations can be made by phone (+41(0)21 614 88 32), email (spa@royalsavoylausanne.com) or online
CANCELLATION POLICY
For any changes or cancellations to your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform the Spa reception at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full amount of the treatment will be charged.
PAYMENT
For hotel guests, Spa services can be charged to your room. We also accept payments by credit card or cash. All prices include an 8% VAT.
ARRIVAL TIME
We ask that you arrive at the Spa reception at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment or massage. This allows you to complete your personal questionnaire. For treatments over CHF 200, you will be offered 1 hour of access to the Spa.
DRESS CODE
We ask that you wear a swimsuit and a bathrobe or bath linen in all areas of the Spa. Disposable underwear is available for body treatments and massages.
SPA ETIQUETTE
To respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests, we ask that you refrain from using mobile phones, cameras, or other photographic devices.
For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed within the Spa premises.
We recommend that you leave your valuables in a safe place or in your room’s safe. The management disclaims all responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
Children aged 6 to 16 have access to the Spa’s treatments when accompanied by an adult. Access to saunas, steam rooms, and the fitness area is reserved for individuals over the age of 16.
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the Spa.
