It’s one of the most effective, and yet most underrated exercises ever. This static exercise will give you those ripped abs, and tough shoulders. Take a push-up position on the ground, and bend your elbows at 90 degrees Set your body in a straight line, and support it with your elbows, forefeet, and forearms. Hold in this position as much as you can, and make sure you don’t move your butt and waist at all

These will push up your body, as they involve every muscle in your body. Set your body in a plank position, and push your body up using your hands.

Ingredients

4 small sweet potatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs total), cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges 3 tbsp. olive oil, divided 1 tsp. five-spice powder Kosher salt 1 1/4 lb. skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch pieces 2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil 2 scallions, thinly sliced 4 buns, toasted 1 avocado, thinly sliced 1 c. radish or alfalfa sprouts

Directions

1. Heat oven to 450°F. On rimmed baking sheet, toss potatoes with 2 tablespoons oil, then five-spice powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Transfer half to second baking sheet and arrange all in single layer. Roast until crisp, 20 to 25 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, in food processor, pulse salmon, soy sauce, and sesame oil 4 to 5 times, just until coarsely chopped. Add scallions and pulse to combine. Form mixture into four 3/4-inch-thick patties.

3. Heat remaining tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet on medium and cook patties, turning once (do not flatten), until opaque throughout, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to buns and top with avocado and sprouts. Serve with sweet potato fries.

Dehydration: Are you mistaking

dehydration lines for wrinkles?

While it sometimes feels that way, wrinkles don’t just form overnight. They’re caused by factors that include a gradual loss of collagen, thinning skin and repeated movements that gradually form an entrenched line. You’re not going to go to bed line-free and then waking up with a permanent frown. Dehydration, however, is a different story!

Tell me more about dehydration Still, if your skin isn’t hydrated enough, you might notice very fine, crepey lines that seem to come and go. In this case, you’re dealing with dehydration lines. Unlike wrinkles, they’re not permanent and a well-formulated face cream might be all you need to get rid of them.

Obviously ensuring you’re drinking enough water is always a good thing, but it’s not enough to rehydrate your face. When you down that litre of water, the first place it’s going to go is your body’s cells before flushing out via your kidneys. Dry skin is an external problem that requires topical treatment.

The day you stop blaming others for everything that happens in your life, everything will change. When you assume control of your life and take full responsibility for it, your relationships will improve a lot. Taking responsibility for your life is taking charge of your life. Instead of being a victim of circumstances, you obtain the power to create your own circumstances or at least the power to decide how you are going to act in the face of circumstances that life presents to

Complaining and the self-pity that comes with it are not very attractive. So, instead of complaining about something, ask yourself how you can improve it. Not happy with your weight? Start walking half an hour a day or exercising and LOVE YOURSELF FIRST eating healthier. No time to follow your dreams?

Get up an hour earlier and do a morning ritual. Not happy with your life? Stop blaming your parents, your boss, the government or the economy and take full responsibility.
