Club Service Fees.

The annual Club Service Fee paid by members covers the upkeep of villas and of the resort and includes management, maintenance, landscaping, utilities, 24-hour security and Front Desk, maid service, social activities, tennis courts, sailboats, bicycles and snorkeling gear. Royal Resorts works to maintain the level of services and quality that has become an industry benchmark while controlling costs. Through careful management and the implementation of efficiency programs, it has been able to keep annual increases at a nominal level as this graph shows.
