Hacienda Sisal

Gran Salon Hacienda Sisal
Take in the Shows at Gran Salón Hacienda Sisal. Enjoy an evening of live entertainment and drinks. Showtime is on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, don’t miss them!
Located next to Hacienda Sisal. Open at 5 p.m., the show starts at 7 p.m. and is followed by karaoke from 7:45 to 11 p.m. Call ext. 165 for information and reservations.

Club Bistro
Located at The Royal Sands, Club Bistro offers an a la carte menu of showstopper chef’s creations and classic continental favorites in an intimate setting with live music during the week.
Book your table for El Conquistador Night on Thursday, a fine dining experience with a seven-course tasting menu and wine pairings.

Veranda del Mar
A must for seafood fans, don’t miss Veranda del Mar at The Royal Sands. The freshest Caribbean lobster, shrimp cooked a variety of ways, the catch of the day and prime steaks too. Open Sunday to Friday, 5:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Char Hut
With spectacular views of the Caribbean and the pool, this open air eatery is a popular option for lunch. Shrimp and fish tacos, burgers and sandwiches. Open: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., food served from 11:30 a.m.
Miamare
Enjoy gourmet pizzas cooked in a wood-burning oven poolside at Miamare. Open 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Sidelines Sports Bar

Restaurant Reservations & Rules
• Reservations are required for dining at Hacienda Sisal, La Trattoria and Club Bistro and for shows at Gran Salón Sisal.
• Reservations are subject to availability and must be made the same day prior to 5 p.m., ext. 165. Royal Resorts members may reserve in advance.
• Smart casual dress code (no shorts, tank tops, swimsuits or sandals).
• Seating is on a first come first served basis.
• Food and beverage menus in participating restaurants and bars are subject to change without prior notice.
• The REFINE All-Inclusive package may not be applied with other promotions and discounts.
Premium Food & Drinks
The following Premium dishes and drinks are not included in the REFINE All- Inclusive package but are available at additional cost. Look for the REFINE logo on the menus to see dishes with a surcharge:

REFINE Package Rules
Your REFINE Bracelet
• Is issued per person and is non-transferable.
• Must be worn at all times during your stay.
• Will incur a fine of $150 US if lost with no exceptions.
• Will be replaced free of charge if damaged.
• REFINE All-Inclusive services will be cancelled without the right to a refund if a guest is found to be misusing the package. If a guest is found to be offering All-Inclusive services or products to someone who is not entitled to them, the REFINE All-Inclusive package will be automatically cancelled for him/her and all the registered guests in the room without a refund.
Seasonal Events & Celebrations
• Special events such as Thanksgiving and Christmas buffets are included.
• Reservation required.
• New Year’s Eve parties may have surcharges and will be posted accordingly.
• All-Inclusive guests who would like to attend these special events must make a reservation, subject to availability, and there is an additional charge for New Year’s Eve parties.
• Other celebrations and special events are organized at participating restaurants and bars during the year and may not be included in the REFINE All-Inclusive package.
Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverages and house wine are served by the glass and are included in restaurants, bars and when ordering Room Service. It is against the law in Mexico to serve alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18. Official ID will be requested.
Have fun and enjoy your stay with us, but for your own safety, please don’t overdo it when drinking alcohol. This is a family resort and out of respect for other guests, we request that you abide by resort regulations. Excessively rowdy or antisocial behavior is not tolerated.
Visiting other resorts
The Royal Sands and The Royal Cancun REFINE packages do not cover restaurants or bars at The Royal Haciendas in the Riviera Maya. You are welcome to visit our sister resort; however, a credit or debit card is required to pay for meals, drinks or any other purchases that you may make there.
Reservations are required for dining at Los Murales and Kinoko and for the Teppanyaki Experience at The Royal Haciendas.
