Although you can’t see much as most of the project is taking place behind the scenes, the project is under way (really!). The roof area is still being structurally upgraded to take the weight of the new HVAC units. The welding work and fire watch is taking place after hours. Very soon, holes will be cut into the roof to ready for some concrete curbing . On May 16, 2010, 11 pieces of HVAC equipment, weighing approximately >13,154 kgs (29,000 lbs—yes 29,000 lbs!) will be lifted by heli-

Much of the work is behind the scenes in electrical rooms, electrical vault and basement areas while other work is very noticeable —like the very large 7.6 metre (25 foot) deep hole! Soon it will be a concrete bunker housing the emergency generators.
once the concrete that is being poured for the concrete bunker has cured.
