WELCOME TO ROWICO Rowico is a family-owned company that has been creating attractive ranges of furniture for more than 40 years, primarily for the Nordic retail sector. Design, production and marketing are performed in an international environment where attractiveness, logistics and value for money are the key concepts.

The products comprise a variety of furnishing styles, many of which can be mixed and matched to produce exciting combinations of shapes and colours. However, each strongly coloured range has its own individual profile. This broad range features many authentic units defined by their restrained colours and natural materials.

SOLID AND VENEERED WOODEN FURNITURE Wood is a natural material whose character changes through use and as a result of the effect of light. Wood is also affected by air humidity, which may make the surface of the furniture feel a little uneven. Knots are completely natural and are not considered defects. Irrespective of whether wooden furniture is oiled, varnished or untreated, it is easily damaged, and always sensitive to sharp or abrasive objects. Untreated surfaces are particularly vulnerable to dirt, grease and liquids. We recommend treating oiled surfaces with furniture oil before use and then regularly (i.e. 2 or 3 times per year) thereafter. For oiled whitewashed products we recommend white-pigmented hard wax oil. This applies in particular to the top surface of tables, as it will help to protect these surfaces from stains or scratches. Use a suitable drying furniture oil.

1. Gently smooth the surface using fine-grain sandpaper (400 grit); follow the direction of the wood fibres.

2. Apply the oil evenly (including on the underside). Smooth off the wet oil using finegrain sandpaper.

3. Wipe off any surplus oil.

4. Leave to dry for approx. 24 hours.

NB: Used cloths could self-ignite – soak thoroughly in water.

LEATHER Use leather soap and treat the product using leather cream.

SYNTHETIC LEATHER Use a damp cloth and a suitable cleaning agent for synthetic leather. Polish with a soft dry cloth to restore the surface.

MICROFIBRES AND TEXTILES Clean using an agent for textiles, e.g. foam wash. The product should be re-impregnated after cleaning.

The dining room range comprises a dining table, sideboard and highboard made of solid, finger-jointed oak. Available in two colour options: brushed, varnished smoke-coloured oak or oiled whitewashed oak. Coffee table and TV unit available in similar design and materials. The drawers and doors of all items are soft-close.
