In Rotary Calendar July is New Leadership Month when all the handovers and trainings happen in order for the new Leadership to prepare for what is coming up. We need to note that each club, each Country has its own dynamics and with that its own pace of preparation. We also diversify the startofCommunityandUniversitybasedclubs. DuringJulytheDistrictTeamhasdutytosharethePresidentialKitwithallthe Presidentsoftheclubsandsupporttheclubstoreviewitaccordingly.
