One such exceptional individual is Dr. Andreas Apelt, an orthopedic surgeon whose unwavering dedication to serving the underprivileged in Ghana has made an immeasurable impact on countless lives
The remarkable journey began in 2002 when Dr. Andreas Apelt made his first mission trip to Ghana. Accompanied by a team of dedicated doctors, he embarked on a mission to provide free orthopedic surgeries to those who could not afford it. What started as a single trip turned into a lifelong commitment, as Dr. Apelt has since made regular visits to the country, spending 2 to 3 weeks at a time performing life-transforming surgeries.
Dr Andreas is a an example of a Rotarian who dedicates his life to serve others and help the community.
