RI Updates

I hope you had a wonderful festive season. Every November, Rotarians worldwide reflect on The Rotary Foundation's work, the charity that distinguishes us from other service organizations.

Since we've upgraded to Rotary membership, we've now taken on the obligation of supporting the Rotary Foundation. The Rotary Foundation can carry out initiatives on a scale that would otherwise be impossible. District Grants from the Rotary Foundation enable Club programs to have a more significant effect, while Global Grants help fundamental problems worldwide. When you are eligible, we held a Grant Management training on applying for the worldwide grant.

Apart from that, we've partnered with the Work Marketing Conference, where

Rtr. Summit Bajracharya District Rotaract Representative Rotary International District 3292

Rotaractors receive a 10% discount on registration. For the mental healthrelated relationship, we've also collaborated with Mann ka Kura. We're also working on our merchandise; if you'd like a physical copy of the District Directory, please get in touch with your Zonal Rotaract Representative. We've also begun providing ID cards in various areas. Please double-check the status of it with your Zonal Rotaract Representatives as well.

We're working hard to provide a terrific District Conference. We'll make an announcement later this month, so keep an eye out for it. Thank you, everybody, for your enthusiastic participation, but there is still more to come.

UPDATES FROM DISTRICT TEAM 2021-22 Global Grant Management Seminar

The District Rotaractor’s Meet-Up is a fellowship and networking event that brings together Rotaractors who share a particular interest and provides them a platform to connect with each other. This year we had our meetup on Sep 24 & Sep 25, 2021.

The event consists of the following activities. - Presidents & Secretaries Meet - Rotaractor Meet-up

Presidents - Secretaries Meet (also known as PS Meet) is organized by the Rotaract District Committee, RID 3292 twice every year. The Presidents and Secretaries Meet is an opportunity for Club Leaders to share and extend their knowledge and ideas about Rotaractivity while discussing important agendas, and also serves as a platform for fellowship and networking with each other.

Rotaractors’ Meet-up is networking for Rotaract to socialize with each other consisting of different activities to connect the participants personally and professionally. The event had parallel breakout sessions, plenary sessions that focused on different topics. It will also have a fellowship and Interaction based Series of Activities for the Club Leaders to identify what they can offer and what they need.

World Polio Day

On October 24, 2021, Rotaractors, Rotarians, and Interactors from Rotary International District 3292 joined to commemorate World Polio Day. In different areas of our region, we saw polio rallies and mask distribution activities, with the motto "End Polio Now" emblazoned on the masks. Many clubs have also used social media to spread Social Awareness by posting "End Polio"-related posts and photographs. Rotaractors distributed flyers with similar messages to the general public to spread the word about the fight against polio worldwide. There were also clubs that held motorcycle rallies with the slogan "One day, One focus, End polio,". There were also several virtual webinars focused on spreading polio awareness.

We'd like to congratulate all clubs and Rotaractors for their incredible passion for World Polio Day.

ENHANCING PARTICIPANT ENGAGEMENT REGISTER, SESSION 1: Wednesday, 10 November 2021 18:00 (UTC-6) REGISTER, SESSION 2: Thursday, 11 November 2021 11:00 (UTC-6) We know that our members and people who engage with us are seeking experiences that are relevant and fulfilling, both personally and professionally. How can we make sure we give them meaningful opportunities to learn and evolve with us throughout their lives? Let’s create opportunities for members, participants, and the wider community to give us frequent feedback on their experiences. Let’s put the needs, expectations, and growth of our participants at the center of all we do.

EXPANDING OUR REACH SESSION 1: Thursday, 13 January 2022, 11:00 (UTC-6) SESSION 2: Thursday, 13 January 2022, 18:00 (UTC-6) Let’s think about our communities and find all the ways that people are connecting — perhaps through shared professional goals, cultures, or interests. And let’s invite those people to connect with us, too. There are so many ways to create new paths into Rotary. Let’s build connections and opportunities that will allow people who

INCREASING OUR ABILITY TO ADAPT SESSION 1: Wednesday, 27 April 2022, 18:00 (UTC-5) SESSION 2: Thursday 28 April 2022, 11:00 (UTC-5) To create a strong foundation for innovation, sustainability, and growth, we need to seek new opportunities, embrace creative ideas, and take strategic risks. This kind of evolution can be difficult. But it’s essential if we want to create more paths to leadership, welcome new voices, and simplify how we operate. Let’s stay true to ourselves and stay ahead of change in our next 115 years.

Increasing Our Impact SESSION 1: Thursday, 23 June 2022, 11:00 (UTC-5) SESSION 2: Thursday, 23 June 2022, 18:00 (UTC-5) Our members are effective problem-solvers who help communities find solutions that last because we invest in relationships. To define and measure our impact, we need to help clubs collect more information about the effect

This
