MESSAGE FROM DISTRICT ROTARACT REPRESENTATIVE Dear Rotaract Leaders Namaskar and warm Rotaract Greeting,

Rtr. Sanjib Paudel District Rotaract Representative Rotary International District 3292

I am delighted to congratulate club leaders of Rid 2019-20 for noteworthy performance throughout the year to take Rotaract moment forward and take club to a newer height. Congratulations to all office bearers of the club as we welcome the new Rotary Year 2020-21 and look forward to work together to create value. The theme for this Rotary Year “Creating Value” refers to the process of creating value of our members within the club, District, community, and society. Furthermore, Creating Value resonates with the idea of enhancing professionalism and supporting the community’s needs to create the value of Rotaractors and of Rotaract as a brand. Extending this concept, the objective of "Creating Value" is to establish the Rotaract fraternity as a place for not just community service but the place where you can have professional benefits as well. It is a high time to recognize Rotaract as the forum where you can grow professionally, build networks with other professionals, and nurture young leaders. Rotary Year 2020-21 also marks the final year of 3 years vision set by Rotaract District 3292. As we work together to achieve our shared vision, we shall also focus on enhancing professional opportunities for our member. As RI President Rtn. Holgar Knaack explained the theme for Rotary Year 2020-21 Rotary Open Opportunities, he highlighted that “everything we do opens another opportunity for someone, somewhere”. Amid the global COVID-19 pandemic that we find ourselves surrounded in, this can be reflected in the ways our clubs and members have embraced technology and explored creative opportunities in ways we conduct our projects and serve our communities. As your District Rotaract Representative, I strongly believe that embracing values of Rotary, we are capable of opening doors of opportunities to create value of our clubs and members within Rotary-Rotaract and beyond. As District Rotaract Representative, and of behalf of the District team, I wish your club a successful year ahead and would like to ensure our support in every step as we embark our journey to a new Rotary Year. CLUB OFFICER'S TRAINING SEMINAR Little confused, little skeptical we never expected the response would be so positive. The overwhelming response that the RDC has received is somewhat a testament about how our Rotaractors are adapting to the "New Normal". Amid this pertaining uncertainty of life, we at RID 3292 have adopted this uncertainty as to the " new normal " and while adapting to this new normalcy, we have rather explored and incorporated an economic and more efficient way to work out with the things that we used to do. The number of virtual gatherings has increased the volumes of activities that we have been doing and we can easily forecast how this is going to increase in the days to come. The month of July in our district also marks the unique trend of training and other learning experiences (of course, the fellowship at the same time). The COTS, this year has been a worthwhile experience. The feedback from the clubs has been positive and the numbers are astonishing. The following numbers express the volumes of the effort, the trainers have put in the due course: Date: 4th July, 11th July 2020 Number of COTS: 7 Split Session: 21C Participants: 800 Clubs: 120
