After ranching in New Mexico for over 40 years, we moved to Oklahoma’s 12 mile prairie over 15 years ago. We were hoping to find a place similar to the southwest but with rain, and we did. The way we raise bulls hasn’t changed, raising them on pasture grass and hand feed. We cull hard throughout the year to get to the cream of the crop. Dad taught us that the bulls we sell should be bulls we would want to use on our own cows; if you look over the last 30 years of this sale we believe we have.
Our herd is based mainly on the bulls that we purchased at the Roswell Brangus Bull Sale, with the main bloodline coming from Lucky 13, the triple crown international champion bull and show bull of the year. Dad has built this herd to work and produce over the last 60 years. The goal is to continue what dad started and produce cattle that will be successful in any herd.

Description/Bio: I like this buckskin horse. He's got so much try. I have owned him a little under a year. I've drug calves, sorted cattle and doctored calves outside on him. He works the rope good while doctoring and loading in the trailer. He was fine when i roped a charolais bull off him. I've put the rope on probably 25 steers in the chute and turned them. He makes the corner heeling and has had the same amount turned in front of him. He is quiet in the box when I started roping on him in the arena. Everything was done slow and easy. He's been behind the sled as well. I've ridden him all winter in the cold and after he sat for weeks at a time. No hump no buck.

Description/Bio: It’s not very often you have the opportunity to buy a Lazy Bar B horse, but here it is. I’ve had this big guy for the last 3 years. I’ve used him on ranches from Waco to Tucson. We were even lucky enough to pipe ranch in the panhandle for a minute. I’ve roped and tied stuff down by myself on him. Drug a few in the trailer. I wish I had a nickel for every calf he’s drug. He’s a true gentleman to be around. Radio, is grade 9 year old bay roan that stands 15.3-16hh and will wear a 1 or 2 shoe (depending on the shoer) and weighs 1300+lbs. This horse knows a hard days work, travels really nice and can handle himself in big rough country. By no means is he a Reiner or a cutter, but will ride around and is soft in the face.
