Third Thursday Gallery Talk Aug. 18 and Sept. 15, 5 p.m.-5:45 p.m. All Ages | Talk included with admission Explore Future Shock with a 45-min thematic tour led by Curator of Collections and Exhibitions AAaron Willder. The summer sci-fi exhibition features 16 national and international artists exploring humanity's shared future and our connection to space, science and technology. The exhibition includes a diversearray of concepts and media—virtual reality and installation art to sculpture, film and drawing—each with a unique aspect on the ways in which technology impacts our experience of the world.

Every second Saturday of the month Roswell residents can enjoy a day of free admission to the museum where we will host a fun and creative family activity such as building a community collage or creating alien friends out of clay from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Every Saturday it’s something new. Then sit back and enjoy a special planetarium screening at 11 am. Be sure to check out the amazing artwork throughout the museum and take a peek into Robert Goddard’s workshop. Make every second Saturday an adventure.
