Our History and Our In 1993 Robert and Hilary Chadwick transformed a friend’s tired mobile home into a luxury holiday retreat in the South of France. What began as a single renovation project quickly revealed an exciting business opportunity. Inspired by the success of that first transformation, they sent a simple mailing campaign to fleet operators across the UK. Their very first contract arrived later that year from Butlins in Pwllheli where they were commissioned to completely refurbish 62 holiday caravans. That landmark project marked the beginning of Chadwick Design – a family business built on innovation, trust, integrity and a person-to-person approach. This trust soon led to opportunities on a larger scale – bars, restaurants and a wider variety of public spaces - each project reflecting their ability to produce functional, well-designed environments designed to enhance the guest holiday experience. Today, Chadwick Design works alongside a wide range of trusted partners to deliver complete refurbishment and interior design solutions. Collaborating with architects, principal contractors, signage specialists, bar builders and installers, electrical contractors, decorators and many other skilled trades, the company plays an integral role in projects of every size. While co-ordinating seamlessly with these complementary businesses, Chadwick Design remains the dedicated supplier of furniture, flooring, soft furnishings and accessories providing clients with a complete interior package that combines quality, functionality and design. Your bespoke design journey Indoor Chairs We are confident that you will find your affordable chair or high stool from our ranges. We don’t want to over face you, but other styles and fabrics are available on request.
Fabrics – this is what gives your room its character Look at the co-ordinations of colour from our suggested range of fabrics. Where chairs are fully upholstered, it is advisable to upholster a fabric on the backs and a faux leather on the seats to ensure durability and longevity of the product. All fabrics are compliant with the Ignition Source 5 test (Crib 5) adding a layer of protection against fire hazards in commercial environments.
Tables Tables can be selected from a range of profiles and laminate tops. A size chart is also included to help you plan your room.
Outdoor Furniture We supply and install all types and designs of outdoor furniture including our own colourful, elegant, weather resistant and sustainable Passione range which is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
LVT Flooring and maybe some carpet? We can supply and fit all styles of LVT flooring – straight planks, small and large parquet and stone designs. Each range carries a 0.55mm wear layer making it suitable for use in heavy commercial interiors. Carpet is sometimes considered to be an important part of an interiors scheme. Our carpets are sourced from well-established manufacturers who provide innovative and modern designs most suited to commercial environments. Our recommended carpets are manufactured from wool with a 20 percent nylon content providing the optimum blend of comfort, resilience and longevity. Fitting is undertaken by our trusted and experienced team.

Soft Furnishings and Floorcoverings Flooring, curtains, cushions and light fittings can be themed as necessary to suit the environment. We co-ordinate these elements as part of the interior package helping create a more consistent finish.

Our Holiday Accommodation Project Process 1. Tell Us About Your Accommodation Send us photographs, floor plans, measurements or details of the units you want to update. Depending on the size of the project, we will make an arrangement for one of our experienced team to visit you to discuss the information in more detail.
2. Design and Specification We’ll review your requirements and recommend suitable furniture, flooring, soft furnishings and finishes for the project.
3. Agree Your Package Products, quantities, colours, finishes and services are confirmed before the project moves forward.
4. Delivery, Installation and Coordination Where these services form part of your agreed project, we’ll help coordinate delivery, installation and the wider refurbishment process.

Lease or buy You may wish to purchase all aspects of your fit-out straight away but are you aware that you can lease an entire interiors project? It is a cost-effective and tax efficient alternative to using cash or bank facilities.
The benefits of using lease finance: - Increasing use of alternative finance. The finance landscape is changing. Businesses are moving away from traditional methods (bank loans and overdrafts) and using alternative finance options including leasing. - Maximise cash flow - no large up-front payment. Leasing means no large up-front payment so you keep cash in your business, preserving liquidity and freeing up valuable working capital for use elsewhere. - Fixed payments for accurate forecasting and budgeting. Unlike other methods of finance, payments are fixed for the duration of the lease period making budgeting more accurate and eliminating unexpected variations such as increases in interest rates. - Tax advantages. If you lease your furniture and fit-out project, the repayments are 100% allowable against taxable profit. As the only method of finance offering these tax savings, leasing is the most tax effiicient method of financing a project. - Existing bank credit lines remain intact. Leasing leaves your bank credit lines intact and free from other business development or investment purposes so bank overdrafts are unaffected. - Pay for the asset as you use it. Spread the cost with regular payments so you can pay as you benefit from the asset. Terms are available from 2-5 years. - Quick decisions. Securing a lease facility is far quicker than obtaining a bank overdraft extension. For straight-forward proposals, it can be done in a matter of hours! - Reduce your carbon footprint. Leasing can be a very sustainable way to procure your furniture. Leasing your fit-out can give you the peace of mind that if you wish to return your furniture at the end of your term, it is guaranteed to be re-purposed and diverted from landfill for re-use, recycling or recovery.
