Apprenticeship Program

DO I NEED TECHNICAL SKILLS? No! The Apprenticeship and your on-the-job training will teach you what you need to know to become a highly qualified, nationally certified electrician.

WHAT IS THE STARTING WAGE? In the Phoenix area, the Fall 2024 starting wage ranges from $18.28 - $20.11/hour, plus overtime, benefits, and raises every 6-12 months.
