REGISTRATION INFORMATION

HOW TO REGISTER: Five Easy Ways to register 1. Online

• Go to www.rosemountmn.gov and click on Government, then Parks and Recreation. • On the Parks and Recreation home page, click on the box “Online Registration”. You will be directed to our online registration home page. • Click on the “Registration” tab to view available programs or • Create an account for you and all family members to register for programs.

2. By Mail

• Mail your completed registration form along with full payment to:

3. In Person

• Register at the Parks and Recreation Office in the lower level of the Community Center at 13885 South Robert Trail, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am–4:30pm.

4. By Fax

• Fax your completed registration form to: 651-322-6080.

5. Drop Box

• Drop your completed registration in the drop box located outside of City Hall (2875 145th street West) or inside the Steeple Center (14375 South Robert Trail).

CONFIRMATION: Letters are not sent confirming your registration. Assume you are in the program you register for unless notified otherwise. CANCELLATIONS: We reserve the right to cancel an activity if registrations are insufficient. Minimum/maximum requirements are set for each program. If an activity is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund. REFUND POLICY: Registration fees for programs cancelled by the Parks and Recreation Department or cancelled by the participant prior to the registration deadline will be fully refunded. Due to circumstances beyond our control, there are no refunds for certain preregistered programs. FEE ASSISTANCE: Limited funds are available to Rosemount residents for financial assistance to participate in recreational programs. For information call 651- 322-6000. EQUAL ACCESS OPPORTUNITY FOR PROGRAMS/SERVICES: Auxiliary aids for disabled persons wishing to participate in programs are available upon request with a minimum of 96 hours advance notice. The City will make every attempt to provide the aids; however, this may not be possible on short notice. Private data is available to you and to City staff who need to have this information to perform their duties, but not to the public. While you may choose to withhold this data, the consequences could be that the City’s Parks and Recreation staff may not be able to complete your registration and/or you may not receive updated program information, such as schedule changes.
