PARK RESERVATIONS (SHELTER RENTALS)

We have great sites for picnics and parties!

Do you need a site for a family picnic or birthday party? Open and enclosed park shelters in the City of Rosemount can be reserved for a nominal fee. Open shelters can be reserved by residents for $32 plus tax per day ($53 plus tax for nonresidents). Enclosed shelters are $84 plus tax per day for residents ($137 plus tax for nonresidents). To reserve your spot, please call the Parks and Recreation Department at 651-322-6011.

Highlights of Park Rules

• No glass containers are permitted in the parks.

• Consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed with a special permit in parks with shelters only.

• Motorized vehicles are prohibited in the parks outside of the parking lot areas.

• Dogs or other animals must be on a leash no longer than six feet.

• All persons in control of an animal on park property shall always have in their possession, an apparatus which can be used for cleaning up feces and/or a bag for proper disposal of feces. The person in control of the animal is responsible for picking up his/her animal’s feces and proper disposal.

• Charcoal fires permitted in barbecue grills only. No wood fires are allowed.

• Golfing is not allowed in any of the Rosemount City parks.

• All areas surrounding organized youth activities in City-owned parks are to remain tobacco free while youth are present.
