Includes courtyard to the East, which is perfect for cocktail hour. Town Hall can be flipped after the ceremony for the reception. Three doors to access the courtyard from Town Hall. Caterers tent set up near Town Hall. Entertainment inside Town Hall can continue until 10:45 PM. Rental does not include any rentals or access to balcony. Use of 16x10 storage room for staging. Western Green This remarkable outdoor venues presents a large, sweeping lawn dramatically situated along the shoreline overlooking the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Western Green is conveniently located at the south end of Main Street in the heart of the Rosemary Beach community.

Similar to the Western Green in look and style, the Eastern Green is still beach front, but in a more residential area of the Rosemary Beach community. This large sweeping lawn will offer the same pristine views with a touch more privacy for your exclusive event.

Venue rental is for the duration of the ceremony. Weddings must rent a reception venue (Green or Town Hall) Access time for set-up: 5:00 PM Spring & Summer (March 2 – August 31) 4:00 PM Fall & Winter (September 1 – March 1) No glass is permitted on the beach (Walton Co. Ordinance) 15ft space extending from the toe of the dune to be left clear for emergency vehicles. One small, low amp generator may be permitted upon request to RBCRC.

Beach Bonfires
While architecturally diverse, the pools of the Rosemary Beach community offer unique and unexpected backdrops for your event. Whether choosing the drama of the Sky Pool with its retractable ceiling, or an unparalleled outdoor pool, you’re certain to impress with a pool side occasion.
The perfect opportunity to get your toes sandy without the beach ceremony! Invite your friends and families to enjoy a private bonfire before the big day. Bonfires include beach attendants, tiki torches, chairs, side tables, cooler and a 6 ft table.
